Fantastic location as we were visiting The National Bowl. We received a lovely warm welcome. Pleasantly surprised with our room- it was self-contained and not attached to the pub. Our room had a separate entrance and there was plenty of parking. Room was immaculate and finishing touches were lovely. We had a wonderful nights sleep in a comfy bed. Room got a little warm but we were provided with a fan, which was great. We didnt get chance to trt Overall lovely stay and we would most definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

No WiFi only in public areas and not in our room so be mindful if travelling for buisness

The room was very clean, new and comfortable which was the most important aspect for us. The shower was clean with immediate hot water and easy to operate control.

There were no coat hangers though there were a few fragile-looking hooks for light clothes. No drawer space but Ok for a one-night stay. Some strong hooks on the bedroom door and inside the ensuite door plus a shelf in the ensuite and in the shower cubicle would have been ideal. The windows overlooking the pleasant courtyard were almost completely frosted whereas a venetian blind or other option would have made us feel less like prisoners.

Staff and hygiene were great real friendly place,, great breakfast in the morning all fresh and well cooked . Couldn't be more helpful. Great value for money and would happily stay again ,although would ask for a non roadside room as on busy main road with traffic lights right outside . If it wasn't for that would of been perfect for a great friendly budget nights stay .

Other than the noise from the main Rd. (We had a roadside room ) other rooms are available . Great location for visiting Stoney Stratford, really comfortable beds, very clean room and nice variety of teas and coffees. Good storage space for bags etc. Liked that it was a bit separate from the pub and had its own entrance. Room wasn't massive but we had space for everything and for the price it was very good. Excellent value for money and would stay again.

The only little downside was the walls for our room were thin and sound carried from the pub and from our neighbours so we were woken up when they came back to their room.

Really friendly staff and locals. Room tidy and coffee and biscuits replenished daily.

No food served week days, as such would have liked a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Also my room was next to main road, which was very busy and very noisy. Hardly slept.

Good value for money, clean room, at a good location if you want to be in Milton Keynes in a few minutes.

The beer garden and next-door neighbour were quite loud on the day I visited. I understand that like most places it i not easy to soundproof for a pub that is directly underneath the room or for incosiderate people who bang their doors, but this made the place less than ideal as a stay over between working days.

Fully self contained with own lockable front doors. Location is good & parking available. Staff were friendly & helpful. We had a good cooked breakfast from a menu that catered for everyone. Would highly recommend The Swan. They also have Live Music nights.

It would be nice if they offered breakfast on weekdays as well as weekends, but there’s plenty of places to eat in Stony.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the check-in process was easy. Room may have been small, but it was clean, well presented and had a good sized, quality TV. Check out was a very easy process.

Not much parking, unfortunately, but after some patience I was able to get a space when someone left. Room didn't have Wi-Fi, which was disappointing but not the end of the world.

The helpful landlord and landlady, there wasn’t a vacant space in the car park so they moved one of their vehicles for me to park there. Everything spotless and tea and coffee making facilities and an excellent en suite with a very good shower. My room was number 7 in what looked like to me a new building in Cotswold stone. My car was about 10 foot away from my door. This building was behind the pub and away from the road so no road traffic noise at all.

Immaculately clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly & Helpful Staff, Lovely breakfast. As someone who suffers from social anxiety, I liked that access to the accommodation was separate to the pub part of the hotel. Location within short walking distance of a convenience store, which was an unexpected bonus.

My only criticism relates to noise. My room looked onto the terrace. During the first night of a 2-night stay, the terrace had been incredibly noisy with laughter and chatter until sometime between 1am and 2am, making it impossible to sleep until after the noise had died down. The second night was completely different though due to the terrace being seemingly deserted.
