Quite a remote location but was a short taxi from the train station to get into Glasgow. Was about 30 mins to get into Glasgow on train. The staff were super nice and friendly had a good laugh with them and they were happy. the pub looks great and is literally over the road. The breakfast was cooked fresh and was very hot, no buffet for hot food. Tasted lovely! and a bargain price too. There were two single beds and a double for our family and felt a good size room. Was clean and quiet so a good nights sleep. There was a kettle with tea bags, coffee, hot choc in room. Free onsite parking.

Slightly further out for Glasgow centre than i would have liked, but not too much of a problem. Check in wasn't super easy as had to phone to get someone BUT was about 10.30pm.

Excellent stay made even better by really friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate our larger group whilst also taking time to chat with us. Staff gave the kids some fantastic taekwondo advice before a big tournament which made the stay even more special for the kids. Fantastic value for money both for the hotel room and the restaurant which served a great assortment of food all of which was high quality and well prices

This is o lovely 2 story hotel opposite a little pub/restraint. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, tiday and comfortable. Ample free parking. In a quiet residential area and easy quick drive to local areas. We visited for the British Junior Rowing Championship and it was an ideal spot. The food was amazing and they catered for gluten and dairy free which was a bonus. Would be happy to return there again.

Noise of the air conditioning in the room. Just not used to it, but the room temperature was perfect

Breakfast was good, excellent, friendly service. Location great for motorways. My room with the wet room and removable shower was ideal for my needs. Quiet during the night, no disturbances. Excellent parking close to the door to the rooms.

My bedroom was not cleaned after the 2nd night stay. Did stay in room a wee bit longer on the that day, but was gone by 11.30. Nothing else to dislike, just the weather which could have been a bit warmer for July. Heavy showers didn’t last long.

Basic but clean. easily accessible. Great parking. The Ravens Cliff restaurant is right across from the hotel. The food was great but the staff really make that place. Gail was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are basic but have what you need for a good nights sleep. The beds are comfy we had a family room and a double room and both said it was great. Bathroom was fresh and clean. The rooms are cold on arrival but that’s because the heating works individually to each room. Only takes a few minutes to get going though and should be warm by the time you unpack. we will be back again

couple of stains on the carpet but I’m sure that could to sorted no problem.

The food was excellent and very good value for money as well as table service staff were very professional and plesent. The Room was great value for money and very comfortable and clean, I will definitely be staying again soon.

I have no real dislikes my only negative if you can even call it one is there wasn't enough sugar or tea in our room to last the whole day and night. But I think the place is pretty much perfect to be honest the best I've stayed at ever.

the breakfast was great. i had four cooked breakfasts. it was delivered quickly and was good value for money. i had breakfast at 7am and it was quiet at that time which suits me.

i would have liked if there was a better take away service available. being that the bedrooms and restaurant are in separate buildings its difficult to open all the card operated doors carrying a hot plate with tin foil. my health problem (tummy bug) makes it necessary for me to avoid public places (especially with regard to food) as much as possible.

Whole place looks modern and new. Bar had all our favourite beers on draught including Strongbow for my mate. Nice place to drink in or outside. All the staff were super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in talking to you. Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and would rival any chain in terms of decoration. Plenty of onsite parking. Breakfast is very reasonably priced, comes with good coffee, juice ect. Breakfast here is better than most places I have been too although didn't like the sausage and my egg was a little over cooked. I would definitely stay here again

Breakfast sausage not the best and egg a little over cooked

Good choice of food for our requirements. Location quiet and within driving distance to where we needed to be. I also liked the fact the rooms were some distance from the busy pub. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

We ate a late breakfast one day and I thought the bacon had clearly been cooked and kept warm for sometime.

Was brilliant for me , my partner and 4 year old. Perfect for what we needed. Bedroom size was good. Extra beds. Got iron and iron board when asked. Food was great at the pub too! Had dinner one night then breakfast the next.

Not much I can comment on really, understand housekeepers are so busy with room turn around.just the room could of done with a slight better hoover around before hand. There was a couple of things on the floor under the put out bed and bedside table. Everything else spotless!!!! Would definitely stay again.
