Everything about our stay was exceptional. The check in was seamless and easy. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable with excellent features. The breakfast was incredible and we were treated with 5 star quality service. There was a large selection of food choices available and we were very well fed. The location was incredible! It was a beautiful village location with a great pub over the road where we had a lovely meal. In the morning the host had reserved a paper at the local shop for us so we could do our Saturday morning crossword with our breakfast! The whole stay was perfect!

We had a lovely 3 nights at the ye olde saddlery in Neatishead. We know the area well having spent many holidays in Norfolk.We throughly enjoyed our stay.The stable 3 room we stayed in was excellent,very clean and comfortable with lots of added extras. The breakfast choice was extensive and cooked to perfection and served by very attentive staff. All in all a lovely 3 night stay at this little gem..Many thanks to Jamie and Mary and your staff. Great location. Lovely ambience. Warm welcome. Stable 1 is a lovely room. Super comfy bed. Slept so well :) The plus with this B&B is that it has a communal lounge area with a microwave, fridge, plates cups etc. Brilliant idea. Especially if you just don't want to go out to eat. Additionally, they leave complimentary cake! Snap this up if you are a group looking for 3 rooms . . It will feel.like you're own place with the adjacent communal room *Yoga retreat weekends on the menu too Popular gastro pub right opposite. Closes at a reasonable time so really quiet Local community shop opposite too Great choice at breakfast

• Breakfasts were delicious and choice, particularly for vegetarians/vegans, was excellent • Jamie was very welcoming and helpful • We stayed in Stable 3 and the room was cozy, clean and comfortable • Spacious bathroom with a roll-top double bath and separate shower • Private hot tub was a great bonus • Provided with fridge space in a communal area (although we hardly saw anyone else), a selection of delicious cakes and sweet treats throughout our stay and a bottle of prosecco on arrival - little touches were first class!

The breakfast was excellent all freshly cooked. The choices of both hot and cold food was very good. The breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much. The lounge area was a nice area to be able to sit and relax away from from the bedrooms, a great idea and works well. The fresh milk in the fridge and the little goodies cakes, biscuits and even sweets were a very welcoming, all contributing to a home from home feel during the stay. Mary & Jamie both made sure that everything was just right prior to and during our stay. Thank you.

We were so pleased we chose to stay here for our stay in Norfolk. Comfortable room, and bathroom with great amenities. Fabulous breakfast cooked to order and delivered to the table by such friendly staff. We would stay again if we were ever to return.

A luggage rack would be a good asset to the room and maybe a shelf in the bathroom.

Really lovely rooms with everything you could need. A communal area with homemade cakes which are absolutely delicious! The breakfast was also good. Location only 5 mins drive from Wroxham. The pub next door is also really good.

The only issue is that the rooms are not soundproofed with it being an old building, but as there are only 3 rooms this isn’t too bad. Rural area so you do need a car to get anywhere, we tried to get a taxi but seemed impossible

The reception we received was very welcoming when we arrived . This continued through out our stay. The bedrooms were very tastefully decorated with lovely furniture and bed linens. The bathroom was large , with lovely toiletries and huge towels.

It was difficult to find as the sat nav took us around in circles, that is not their fault, but it would be worth mentioning when booking. We were happy with everything throughout our visit.

Everything! Lovely quaint accommodation in a perfect location. Quiet village but so easy to get around to all the attractions. Mary and Jaime were very helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless with all amenities. A little shared lounge provided extra seating, a fridge with fresh milk and home made cakes if you felt a little peckish. There was a popular pub/restaurant opposite and a little local shop that was very convenient. Had a few walks locally to stretch our legs. Last but not least - the breakfast! A great varied menu cooked to perfection and we’ll have to return just to try the other delicious choices.

Wonderful, friendly hosts. Very homely, and comfortable stay. Quiet location ideal for couples as we could sit in their garden and drink a glass of wine in the sun and watch the world go by. Lovely touches of cake, teas, use of microwave in the sitting room. My only thing was it was my fault, I didn't read that one of the rooms you stayed in you could use the hot tub. I think I would do that next time. Plus the extra family member of a wonderful little dog, and so behaved. Thank you for having us.
