I've stayed at Number Four several times while visiting family, and it has consistently been a fantastic experience. From the moment you first reach out to Rob to the minute you check out, everything is seamless and straightforward. The rooms offer incredible value for money; despite the small budget, the quality of the rooms and facilities is exceptional. Each stay has been comfortable and hassle-free, making Number Four my go-to choice for accommodations. Highly recommended! You must check out the cafe the food is fantastic and you 10% as a guest at Number 4. ---

I can't say there is much I don't like about number 4 maybe the shower head could be a bit more powerful but that's it.

Convenient, cheap, quite comfortable. Good location close to town centre but easy to park. Plenty of milk and teabags provided. Rooms are quite compact so need to be friendly with the person you are sharing with! Storage was ok for a couple of days. Coat hooks existed. Café next door is owned by same people I think? There is a small discount for guests, and it is a good café. £6.50 for avocado and poached egg on toast is quite reasonable these days!

Lot of scented cleaners and reed diffusers were used around the room and the hallway. (partner is sensitive to them)

The room was very clean and tidy, en-suite very clean, plenty of loo roll, shower was hot, bed comfy, netflix on tele, cosy, warm and most of all so touched by the host being so accommodating towards me by providing me a small fridge and microwave to store my food as I was there for 5 nights on a work trip. It was also close to supermarkets, the little village area with shops, some cafes/ restaurants and less than 10 min walk from North Walsham station. Really enjoyed my stay and would defo book again in the future.

Stayed in the double with 1 single room, this worked really well for us. As just the 2 of us we really appreciated the extra space of this room, (stayed 1 night before in the double room) Would book this room again as the single bed was used for putting our case on out of the way and good to have chairs and side table to save sitting on the bed. (my suggestion back in April so not sure if they have been added to all rooms since. Well done if they have! ) Breakfast in the cafe a couple of times this trip, and again an excellent experience, staff helpful and attentive, quick service with quality sausage/bacon/egg/bread used. Proper Job! Service with a smile.

our stay was fantastic if I have to leave a negative it would be the lack of a mini fridge. We bought one from Amazon for about £26 before arriving and found it most useful for just holding a pint of milk.

There was no real provision for breakfast - which I didn't know before arriving. However, I went to a nearby shop and purchased my requirements. This meant I could fulfil my usually dietary needs without feeling awkward, or using the adjacent cafe.

On arriving in a strange place, I like to chat with someone at the accommodation to get an idea of the area, and here I was left entirely on my own with no opportunity for a conversation. Also, I had trouble opening the outside door, and dreaded having to phone someone to come and assist - in the end I managed the door myself, but it was another example of feeling unsupported if something went wrong. Also, there was no CHAIR for me to relax on after a strenuous day's walking. I had to read lying on the bed, or on a low stool.

Room key was collected from neighbouring café at 2pm. 2 keys given, 1 for the main entry door to the building and the 2nd for the room. I was accompanied to the main entry door and told which room was allocated to me. The main door was left open for me. I was told the car park pass was in the room and must be displayed in the car. There were further written instructions in the room for checkout. The comfort triple room itself was better than expected and it was clear than kind thoughts was put into the presentation, preparation for guests. It was cleaned to a high standard, especially the toilet and shower room. I would like to congratulate the domestic staff. The supply of teas of all varieties and coffees and milk with a full kettle of water was lovely. Some biscuits would have topped it off 😋. The beds were dressed lovely with lots of cushions but the mattresses were quite softer than preferred, but perfect for our 2 year old. The 2 comfy chairs and triple mirrors on the dresser with stool were nice as well. Interior design of greys and yellow gave a modern contemporary feel which I liked. It took a while to figure out the hot water system but eventually the correct location of the electric switches were found. It would of helped and saved time, if there were instructions on where these switches were located to get hot water on. Thank you for a lovely short stay, it was good value for money and located not too far from where we visited Be Wilderwood and Banham zoo attractions, over the 2 days stayed.

The accommodation is adequate for a short stay only, due to it's location, although there are local shops within walking distance. The car park is small and used by other members of the public. I was expecting dedicated car parking for sole use of redidents of this accommodation. Although it was made clear that to collect the keys was by going up the concrete stairs, I assumed from the description of the property that entrance to the room was on the ground floor.

the room was clean and tidy and well equipped.

Could easily hear people in the other rooms. there were two keys and both fit into the main front door so was hard to work out which was the right key. we struggled to get the main door open. the full payment for the property was taken two full days before our stay but the property was advertised as pay on arrival. I understand a temporary hold amount can be taken prior to stay but not necessarily the full amount.

Excellent value for money. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a TV, heater, fan, hairdryer, bottled water, tea and coffee and kettle, shampoo and soap so it's evident that the owners have thought about ways to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You also get 25 per cent off at the café next to the rooms, which was lovely and catered to my gluten free diet. Staff were also friendly and responsive to queries.

Nothing.

The location was great and the free parking was a big help. Comfortable and affordable, really good communication with owner.

Was quite noisy at times, walls very thin. Could hear conversations from people in the next room. It was noisy when people were coming and going through the communal entrance.
