The peaceful and calm location. The interior of the room and the details. The breakfast being delivered and it was amazing. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and at the same time not intrusive.

Our particular room was very hot being almost completely glass fronted and southeast facing. It'd be great for cooler times of year but should we come back in the summer would take my own quiet fan. The shower room was lovely but the shower area itself had a shallow ridge and water did escape.

It was a superb location with attentive but not intrusive staff who were engaging. Any minor problems swiftly and effectively dealt with. We came away on our first visit feeling as if we’d been there many times and were immediately very comfortable. Nothing phased the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble.

The air conditioning unit control box was no problem during daylight but was distracting at night. Although dimmed unless touched the beautiful rural location meant it glowed bright at night and perhaps would benefit from a cover or instruction on how to turn it off but I really had to struggle for anything I wasn’t completely happy with.

We honestly could not fault anything about this B&B. Our room was huge, spotlessly clean and with everything we could possibly want for our 3 night stay. The breakfasts were exceptional, we could order exactly what we wanted the night before and it would be delivered to our room at the time we requested the next morning. The portions were so huge we had to scale down what we ordered on the 2nd day! Karen & Paul were very friendly hosts and we loved the "meet and greet" from their spaniel dogs. We will definitely be returning for a longer visit soon.

A king size bed would have been nice but that's a very minor point and our double bed was very comfy.

When we arrived Paul very willingly helped organise our rooms to our satisfaction. We had our breakfast outside and it was absolutely super, with amazing bowls of fruit. He also gave us directions to see the seals at Horsey and they came up to the beach in front of us,

The location was perfect for the wonderful beaches and places to visit. We had great weather and enjoyed so many activities. Paul & Karen made sure we started the day with a great breakfast! We’ve had a fantastic break and time exploring Norfolk.

Where to start! Everything from the greeting by Karen on arrival, to the farewell from Paul when we left was exceptional!! We stayed in the Bumble suite (I call it a suite as its more than just a room!), it was exceptionally clean and the decor was just so lovely, all in keeping with a bumble bee theme. There is a coffee machine with pods provided, a wet room, plenty of towels provided, table and chairs & large flat screen TV (with Netflix!) The location is superb, super rural and lovely for walks and exploring the broads and Norfolk in general. 15 mins from the Horsey beaches where the you can see the seals, Happisburgh lighthouse, Wroxham - gateway to the Broads, where you can rent a boat or go on a guided boat tour, Wroxham barns and the steam railways (all dog friendly). The Breakfast is insane! Really fabulous local produce, made to order and delivered to your room. Paul went out of his way to bake us some scones when I asked for a recommendation for afternoon tea! WOW, the best scones I have ever had - and I have had a fair few!! We took our 8 month old Puppy who was welcomed by the owners and their spaniels! We had an amazing stay and cant wait to head back there next year! P.S. The couple also own a pub in a nearby village, and with Paul being a chef, you can expect good hearty portions of home cooked fayre!

The bed was on the small side (a double) - but we managed and it wasn't an issue.

Lovely place. Converted old single story barn on the owners farm opening out onto a shared garden. The owners were really kind and very welcoming. The rooms have been lovingly converted with comfy beds, big fluffy towels, blankets, lamps, cushions and a coffee machine. Breakfast menu available the night before but only offered till 9am so you need to be an early riser if you stay here. Great location for driving to the Broads, coast and Norwich. Rooms were spotless. Our doggy was very welcome too.

Ironically it’s hard to walk anywhere (to the villages or local pubs) as there are no footpaths or tracks around and people speed up the roads at a dangerous rate. There are three rooms. The middle one has fully glass doors & wall which means you feel watched when inside or in bed (the blinds have a small gap so we hung a blanket over them). The other two rooms have walls and door which is better if you like privacy. The wet room really does get soaked when you shower.

Location was great for us as we were going to a wedding less than 15 mins away from the B&B. Breakfast was bang on time for when we ordered it and was delicious! Room was really spacious and quiet. Cute decoration, new bathroom fittings, clean and modern. Big TV too! The owners instantly came to greet us as we pulled up in the car park, showed us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed which was a lovely touch. Paul even offered to drive us to the wedding if there weren't any taxis available to book, sweetheart! All in all, a fantastic stay! Thank you!

The window in the room door is quite large and has no curtain or covering. We ended up hanging a towel over it for privacy and to block sun light in the morning. A little blind or covering would be super useful!

The location of the BnB was great, it was close to all the all the local tourist attractions but was in a quiet village setting, which was very peaceful. The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. I would highly recommend this place.

‘Honey’ was a great sized comfortable room with a bee theme and enclosed garden at the front. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and cooked an amazing breakfast!

Nothing to dislike about Bumble Barn. A king size bed would have been nice but the double we had was very comfortable.
