Great location! Staff are absolutely lovely, great spa area which is very relaxing. Brilliant outdoor space with mini golf, table tennis, and a bar for table service in the sun. Lovely hotel.

Some rooms are a bit dated, it seems the hotel is going through modernisation. Food and drink are on the expensive side. Our room, despite being on level 2, was still level with the ground outside our window and a bunch of elderly people seemingly on a walk around the building decided to stop and chat outside our window and kept looking in as if I were some kind of zoo attraction. Good thing I wasn’t naked otherwise they’d all be peeping Toms. Not a fault of the hotel, but should probably invest in some fencing to stop wandering old folk!

ok so we love the swimming pool. BUT this is the summer holidays we go there for the swimming pool and the times the kids are allowed to go in is nothing but ridiculous and totally unfair!!! this used to be a family hotel we’ve been coming years. To allow the kids in the pool from 8-10 then 2 - 6 is so unfair!!!!

Beautiful grounds. Very relaxed atmosphere. Loved the spa eatery and bar. So relaxing. Staff pleasant. Had a massage in spa was fab. Modern rooms. I booked deluxe double spa room so gown and slippers were provided . Pool sauna etc were great

Issue with air con.. rang reception as I was 28 degrees and very hot. Manager came to roo..straight away to sort it.. however room was too hot as aircon was on but not blowing.. because of this we had a poor sleep. As states before it was a deluxe spa room so paid for up grade however I was shocked there wasn't a fridge in room also being a spa hotel I'd have thought nice toiletries woukd have been a must .. single use ones but there was only shampoo and body wash in a multi use dispenser.. could have done with body lotion tbh after pool sauna etc. I could have taken my kwn but being a spa hotel I assumed it wod be provided especially being a 4 star? Room was nice and modern spa bath and shower but on the small.side

Everything about our stay was fantastic. From housekeeping to facilities.....amazing. Highly recommend to friends and couples for a relaxing getaway. Spa facilities were great. Exceptionally clean and comfortable 👌 Rooms were decorated lovely. Upto date and modern. Plenty of space and storage. Hairdryers, iron and ironing board. Food was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of choice and reasonable in price. Lovely bar areas, very relaxing. Breakfast was very good. Full English, cooked to perfection, lots of pastries and plenty of choice of cereal. Again, exceptionally clean with attentive staff, but not overbearing! Only downside....wish I'd stayed longer! Well done Redworth 😊

The room was nice and big. We had our nephew with us and there was a wall between the twin beds and double bed The food was lovely we had afternoon tea on the first day and breakfast on both days and dinner on the second night The swimming pool was good. Our nephew loved the crazy golf and the frizby The hotel had just had electric car chargers fitted so we were able to change our car at the hotel.

The noise from children running up and down the corridor and slamming doors between 10pm and after midnight

Me and my family loved the stay on this hotel! Staff was super friendly and the facilities for my 3 children was amazing. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Rooms very comfortable and also very clean. This place is simply stunning :) The grounds is so green and beautiful. Was a lovely pleasant stay. The food is AMAZING, every single meal we had was so delicious and the quality was superb. Happy days and I do recommend this place if you want a quality time!

The location was stunning, set in huge grounds that even had its own crazy golf and an outside bar. Great indoor pool area. Found out too late that it is dog friendly. And the food was delicious.

The bar area was quite small and dimly lit. We chose to eat our evening meal in the bar but it was difficult to eat at the table. I’m sure the dining room would have been much better if the lovely breakfast was anything to go by. And our bathroom was a bit outdated with a toilet that was very difficult to flush!

I really liked the leisure centre, the pool is lovely and small can get a bit crowded though with locals, jacuzzi, sauna, steamer was lovely too for me sitting in the steam room and jacuzzi was my best part. Due to the time I got there dodnt get a chance to go outside into the hot tub..

The bedroom, it was very run down and not clean ( dust webs ), the rooms are adjoined too. Overall I don't think its value for money I paid £98 but feel like it could have been cheaper, I did have a nice time but again feel like it could be a bit cheaper, especially when it's not my first time there.

Good location, plenty of parking space, well-decorated rooms, excellent shower, accommodating staff.

Reception is too small and crowded. Computer systems driven by steam. Inability to separate parts of a bill. The air conditioning was poorly functioning and the room too warm. Food was not warm enough and the menu limited. We have stayed at the hotel three times in recent months and the menu has not varied in that time. Breakfasts are good though although expensive.

The spa is so relaxing. Bar staff were so great with it being new years eve. Everyone upbeat and fantastic service. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Room very spacious. Allowed to use spa from 2pm aswell which was a nice gesture.

Thought bed was too hard. Room could of been a bit cleaner Shower door was faulty meaning the water poured out onto the floor when we showered. We had to use the towels to mop the floor. They were soaked. Notified reception the next day so hopefully this Is sorted for next guests as it was an upgraded double deluxe room. This is our second stay here and parents still allowing their children in the hot tub. The notice states no under 12s. We were unable to get in at times due to the children playing and using it as a splash pool. Maybe staff working in spa could do spot checks. Felt uncomfortable saying anything to children and parents about it. When they all went up for tea we took advantage of it and were able to use.
