The whole stay from start to finish, was exceptional The hosts couldn't do enough, to accommodate us both .. The bed was unbelievable So comfortable The cottage it's self is in amazing scenic setting With sheep and goats to feed .. Plenty to do with lovely walks and excellent restaurants locally.. Also on arrival , we were meet by some bubbly and some delicious lemon cake .. This place is most certainly a hidden gem, will most certainly be returned in the near future Thanks again..

The most beautiful, immaculate cottage in a peaceful rural setting. Rooms and facilities are all beautifully and thoughtfully prepared. A lovely touch of welcoming drink and home made cake was exceptional, the breakfast was all very nice quality. Communication prior to the arrival was very helpful. We all had a great time in the cottage, admiring everything there -- would love to come back in summer 😀

The property was beautiful, set away from the main road in the countryside. There is a separate cosy lounge, the kitchen and separate shower room are beautifully decorated, clean and fresh. A massive king size bed in the bedroom is so comfy with a choice of duvet you will drift off to sleep like being encased in a fluffy cloud. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the owners leave you surprise welcoming gifts as well a plenty of food for your breakfast. Everything was just perfect for a quiet relaxing break.

Outstanding cozy rooms with everything you can wish for: a dream of a bed, outstanding friendly service and lovely home made breakfast rounds up this piece of heaven. We will definitely come back. The place is decorated beautifully, and was incredibly clean. The living room was lovely and cosy , and nice and warm. When we arrived the radio was on and some of lights which made it very inviting. The bed was super huge, and the bedding was very comfortable.

Hovell Hall County Bed and Breakfast is absolutely the perfect getaway. Located in a beautiful country side, surrounded with an amazing garden, this fabulous cottage has it all. Ros and Simon have thought about every little detail that will make you feel immediately at home. Upon arrival the most delicious lemon cake was waiting for us in the kitchen. Breakfast was fantastic. Ros and Simon were so nice and helpful. The area is so nice to travel, including some wonderful walking trails. We had the most fantastic days.

What a lovely peaceful retreat in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, just a short drive from Norwich. Warm, cosy, spotlessly clean. The beds were the most comfortable we've come across. We had everything we needed for a self-catering B&B. And stunning night skies for star gazing and shooting stars when we were there.

Fantastic location, secluded in the countryside, yet not far from the City of Norwich. Hosts were brilliant, lots of extra touches to make our stay really special. A very comfortable place would highly recommend.
