Extremely clean, well equipped, good location, communicative hosts, easy check-in, big room. Good selection of hit drinks and breakfast items It was better than we expected and will definitely come back.

Nothing really of note, the stairs are a bit tricky to the top floor if you have heavy bags, but we managed okay. It might be worth asking the host for the ground or second floor if you could struggle with lots of stairs. The host seemed very accommodating, so I imagine this should be possible.

Lovely, spacious room. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated plus a very comfortable bed. I really liked the fact that the check-in process is contactless, with a friendly text on the morning of arrival with the relevant details to collect our key, and then we were left completely in peace during our stay. There was a small issue at the start with the towels however this was resolved in minutes and Jack, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful and personable. On site parking was a bonus, and there was even a Netflix account set up for each room, should you want to take advantage of it, and we did! We have family in the area so visit Paignton for this reason, usually camping in the summer, but we enjoyed Park View R&R so much we have already booked up for next year 😊

Great place to stay. Very clean and well-appointed rooms. Lovely kitchen and breakfast facilities. A great location for the theatre which has some really good performances on and worth looking up if you are on holiday. Wi fi was provided and very good.

Parking was difficult- only 4 spaces and the free parking outside was always taken up by locals. That left Palace Avenue which was pay parking before 6pm. It certainly put us off moving the car. The first day we arrived there was also a big white van taking up one space making the others really tight. If travelling on business this would not be a problem as Palace Avenue is quiet in the evenings.

Very well organised. Straightforward and hassle free check in procedure. The room was exceptionally clean and attractively decorated. Nice view of the park. Plenty of hot drinks provided. Helpful staff. Outside was a bit noisy being a big town, inside the accommodation however was very quiet.

One tiny thing - coasters! I didn't feel right putting my hot drink mug straight on the furniture. Everything else was great though.

It was a self catering breakfast, complimentary bread ,butter,jams,cereal, yogurt, tea and coffee, and a big kitchen where you could cook your own breakfast , all your own utensil and section in the big fridge, two ovens, microwaves etc .. brilliant concept

Very clean, comfortable rooms, everything you need.We didn't meet our host but communication very good via text and email.Kitchen equipped with everything you need,even though we didn't cook anything just had cereal and toast for breakfastWe didn't see anyone else in the kitchen.Location good,just unlucky we arrived start off the heatwave and it was hard to walk back and forth to beach and harbour then to climb up 2 flights of stairs as we nearly 70 after a hot day.My one and only criticism is being at the front it could get noisy at night as windows are single glazed.Good supply of beverages in room and store room.

Large room, very clean, help yourself breakfast, good position for shops.

We had to move to another B&B because the prices had been grossly inflated due to the school holidays.!!! £180 a night really.!!! You can stay in the 4 star Mecure with a sea view for £100 per night or you can stay in a B&B on Paignton sea front for £50 a night.!! Shocking price inflation due to school holidays.!!!!!

The room was spacious and clean and a high standard. The self service kitchen has a good system with allocated cupboards and crockery etc.

The only minor negative which you can’t do anything about was that due to the proximity of a nearby pub was that at the end of the night, some inconsiderate people were extremely noisy as they passed by.

It was great room so comfortable and relaxing nice big tv plus added advantage of netflix and YouTube. Shower room was also a good size and a great shower. Met Jack the owner and he was sound and it'll be my 1st choice when im down again in a month or 2

Tbh there wasnt anything to not like really maybe the quilt could've been a bit heavier but thats just personal choice and maybe the next person would say its too heavy

Everything about this place was great! Prime seaside location, beautiful, comfortable room. Loved the kitchen, dining area with all the extras! It was great to have a place to prepare food and dine that was not the place you sleep. Bread, butter, spreads, yoghurt, juice, milk, tea and coffee provided, and the quality of the provisions was the good stuff, Anchor Butter, Clipper teas and coffee. We would definitely stay again!

I liked everything, nothing not to like. The check in and out is contactless, so if you want to see people this could be a downside, but it worked well for us.
