We liked the friendly welcome chat and departure hand shake, nothing seem too much of a problem, we had a packed lunch to take away for a small charge, this helped us when we needed to leave in a hurry for our coach. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of fresh choice. Fresh towels, shower gel, tea, coffee, hair dryer, fan and straighteners all included. Robes In our room was a nice touch too. The bed was comfortable. Use of an iron if needs be too was helpful and hanging on the wall in the hallway. There was a pig which you pay your money into if you wanted to use the mini bar, we liked that idea, we didn't use it but nice touch. Everywhere was super clean and we would definitely return. Cosy little place not overwhelming with lots of guests. 😀

The plugs not by the bed for charging our phones and the fan was too far away on warm evenings. As the plug was the other side of the room. We didn't ask for an extension lead and maybe we should have. That's all only bad comment we can say really. Thank you a million.

An incredibly warm welcome, run through of everything we needed to know and even offered tea and coffee on arrival. When asked about breakfast the next morning we declined as had to be out early, instead we were offered (and accepted) a choice of hot breakfast sandwiches and was given a drink, and lots of lovely snacks along with our sandwiches. Something the owners didn't have to go out their way to do nor did we even think this would be an option. We went up to our room and was welcomed into a lovely, clean room with lots of storage, hot drink facilities, hair dryer and even straighteners! My little pup had his own little hamper of treats, a blanket, a towel, bowl and mat to borrow for our stay which again was above and beyond what we expected for our pup. The stay was lovely, the breakfast we had the second morning was unreal and nothing was too much for the owners. The location was perfect for all our needs and we cannot wait to return in November.

St Weonards is well located, a short walk from the seaside, a short walk from the town centre, and hence easy access to shops, transport, pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, a good cooked breakfast with cereal selection and yoghurt. Most important is that they make endeavours to cater for ones dietary requirements. Vicky and Leigh are very helpful, friendly hosts; the welcoming pot of tea is a nice touch, after a journey down.

I can honestly say there was nothing I disliked, since our hosts made every effort to see we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were so nice and both greeted us as we arrived and departed, lovely touch! The room was aired and very clean and tidy, freshly laundered linen and towels and lovely shower. Kettle, tea and coffee facilities were available including de-caff options! Very close to beach, children’s play areas, main Torbay road and parking. Close to other local attractions which are situated along the coast line such as Torquay, Brixham and Babbacombe. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day and our tea was served in a proper size ceramic tea pot! (not one of those dripping, small metal pots!)

The hosts Vicky and Leigh were so welcoming and were so accomadating. I have to follow a gluten and dairy free diet and the breakfast was especially yummy. I cannot thank them enough. My daughter also commented that she had the best omelette ever! We had a wonderful stay at St Weonards and will definitely be returning to this lovely B&B

Exceptional across the board! We were tempted by the promise of an exceptional breakfast and boy was that delivered! Everything we tried was wonderful, and made going home very difficult. Great range of cooked option as well as cereals and yoghurts, fresh juice and an excellent pot of tea. Room was lovely and comfortable with all the touches you could need including a very comfy bed, dressing gowns and tea making facilities. I hurt my knee on night one and having to rest in the hotel room for longer did not seem like a punishment at all! Staff were so kind and helpful, gave us recommendations for things to do and places to go, and were accommodating to our needs. So many wonderful touches to our stay including being surprised with a bottle of bubbly as we were celebrating some birthdays. Totally recommend and we are already hoping to go back! Top tip would be to book direct because they discount the booking.com fee from your price!

If anything the waterfall shower was a bit too large for the shower, so while lovely, practically was hard to lather my hair, very much first world problems!

Such a lovely place to stay. The hotel was immaculate, the hosts were very attentive and friendly. Excellent choices for superb breakfasts even catering for my food intolerances. Great base destination for exploring the lovely coastline and picturesque villages. We will definitely be back !!! Thankyou for making our minimoon so perfect 🥰

The seagulls ! They are quite vicious and attacked my husband to snatch his ice cream ! Maybe the council need to address this problem. Nothing wrong with St Weonards though.

I was made to feel welcome the moment I walked through the door, the room was ideal for me. The choice at breakfast time was very good, I'm vegetarian and they accommodated this. The breakfast itself was excellent, the best scrambled eggs I've ever eaten! The facilities in the room were also excellent, with a good choice of different tea's and coffees also hot chocolate. The host's were warm, and friendly, letting me know about local events that were happening. I will definitely stay here again

Vicky and Lee were excellent hosts. They made me feel welcome from the minute I arrived until my departure. They were never too busy for a chat and always asked me about my day. The breakfast selection was good, the food excellent. My room was nicely decorated with comfortable, good sized bed. The bathrobe in the room was a lovely touch. Location is perfect, close to station, town centre and beach. Will definitely visit again and can highly recommend.

Everything, Can't find anything to complain about even if i tried the Hosts were very friendly and nice Home made english breakfast by the hosts themselves every morning. Location is wonderful close to the train station/bus station making it easy to go to virtually anywhere. Clean rooms very comfy bed
