Spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Landlord leaves you in peace but plenty of supplies left out where you can access them (teabags, milk, loo roll etc) very close to the seafront and amenities. Was here to visit sister in hospital so not there much but would stay for a holiday, will recommend to others.

Tv was a little glitchy but I think this was more to do with the storms, could do with a new kettle in room 10 but worked fine if you held the button down. Nothing major, car park isn’t massive but never struggled for a space, may be different in peak season.

Clean location, owners were very friendly, on site parking wich is a MUST in my case as I always travel by car, quiet and close to the beach. Can add probably few more but overall is a " not to be missed " location.

Is not necessarily something that I don't liked but as a suggestion I can add : " shampoo/shower gel to bathroom " , acces to a fridge and why not even breakfast.

Host Andy was not able to offer breakfast at this time but still felt the accommodation was value for money Andy is very welcoming and friendly; nothing is a trouble. Rooms very clean, t.v. and tea/coffee available with ready replenishment. Small bar open in the evening from 7.30 to which Andy plays bar tender and happily chats with the guests and is attentive. The location was perfect, just 5 mins appx walk to train station, ten minutes to bus station just off the main street where there are cafes and shops all on the flat ( no hills). There is also a Wetherspoons located within an open park area a few minutes walk away which is ideal for food and somewhere children can play safely and is only across from the beach. Something for everyone.

Couldn't fault our stay.

The property was easy to find and within walking distance of all the attractions. Our room was very clean, bright and very comfortable. Tracey and Andy are great hosts. ☺️

Lovely very clean and comfortable airy room, it was peaceful and had perfect and very relaxing stay. Well located near the best part of seafront and close to shops and amenities, station, and town centre. Free parking. The hotel has a bar conveniently open evenings, but couldn't hear a fly from my room. Will use again!

The owners were amazing, very friendly, and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The beds were comfy, and the hotel is located in a perfect location. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I am sure I’ll be visiting again

Everything was perfect

Everything was good, really good owners Andy and Tracey were genuine. Comfortable and cosy room. I was there for sea fishing and meeting friends so location was perfect too. 100 % recommended. Peter :)

Going home.

The property was easily accessible by car and foot. Its location was perfect for our needs.

The only criticism I have is the beds too close to the wardrobe making it difficult to get past to the toilet as my friends are both tall and too big for the beds.

Nice location, basic but comfortable rooms, very welcoming atmosphere, lovely people and plenty of parking. Access all hours as you are provided with key and really easy check in/out. Will be booking again in future.

Breakfast would have been a bonus as there wasn’t any available during our stay but lots of local places to visit as an alternative, so wasn’t a huge deal. My partner is 6ft4 and struggled to fit in the shower cubicle so may need to check ahead of reservation if you are big/tall.

Tracey and Andrew were very welcoming and friendly, lovely clean room ,perfect for couple nights stay over as we had come 2 days earlier for our week's stay in Paignton. Definitely will go to Three Palms again . Well recommended 👌. Gill and Dave
