Denise was very welcoming and helpful. We were surprised to find out that we had a whole house, the Annex, to ourselves. The Annex was very comfortably furnished and well equipped We could easily have stayed much longer. The breakfast was excellent and the offer was there for more coffee, toast etc. There was also access to a lovely garden.

The stairs in the Annex were quite steep. There was parking but it was just off the main road and a little tight. The noise from the main road was a little loud but did quieten during the late evening/night.

The breakfast was an excellent start to the day, the fresh fruit and yoghut was delicious and the full English was beautifully cooked, not greasy and very generous. Our room was large and had everything you could possibly need - the bed was also very large and very comfortable. Really, this is one of the best places we have stayed in - 5 star quality and friendliness.

Very well equipped and comfortable accommodation. Our host was very welcoming and really helpful in booking diner in a local pub. Fantastic packed lunch for our walk the following day at very reasonable price. Breakfast was top drawer. Lots of little extras in the room including a fridge with drinks etc and an honesty box to pay for anything we used. Really nice touch.

Really nice place, with beautiful courtyard to sit out on a nice evening. Breakfast was good with all homemade items. The room was large and the bed comfortable.

It was quite a warm evening. A fan would have been nice. While we absolutely loved the 3 small dogs they had, some may not (although they were very good in keeping the dogs away from those that didn’t like them).

We only stayed one night, and it was a last minute booking for new year's eve, so we loved the price for the night! The annex is a lovely place, very cozy and has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped and bedroom is comfortable and clean. There was parking available which was great.

I would have liked a bath with a shower over head but that is only personal preference and for only one night it didn't matter!

Everything! Denise was absolutely brilliant - she was so organised and friendly. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We had a coffee making machine, biscuits etc. Also a fridge and choice of drinks. Plus extra loo paper (which can sometimes be a problem when you have to ask for it) Had a good choice at breakfast and everything was well cooked and presented. We would visit again without any hesitation. Thank you Denise for a very memorable stay.

Wonderful stay,spotless clean lots of room fantastically run bed and breakfast great location can't recommend enough after some of the experiences we have had travelling UK it was refreshing to see someone who actually cares about the customer, top top top.

Very quaint cottage. We had The Annex which has everything you could ask for. Tea , coffee. Bathroom toiletries Beautiful breakfast. Ideal location

Stairs are very steep as in keeping with the age of the cottage.

The hostess was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. She even made my hot chocolate in a velvetiser with the chocolate powder i had brought with me, instead of asking me to do it myself! The room was picture perfect and was very comfortable too. Great location for our cotswolds way walk.

the wi-fi in the room was very poor, i needed to get to the courtyard to get any decent signal. but then, should i be checking the internet while on holiday is another matter!

The host has thought of everything you could need! The bed was extremely comfortable..my husband likes a firm mattress & I prefer medium and we both slept well. The breakfast was superbe. The location was good. We would definitely return.

There was parking but you need to pull up onto the pavement very tightly.
