Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. We mentioned to one staff in the dining room regarding the problem getting hot drinks, the next morning he brout hot drinks to the table; a big thank you and round of applause for such response. We like the bedroom, the bed was comfy. and the plesantness of the staff. The cleanliness of the whole place. The food was tasty.The hotel compound is beautiful and the The surrounding areas. There were lots of parking spaces. We will certainly visit again. We had a fantastic and restful break

Relaxation space downstairs stairs was limited and didn't encourage social togetherness. Could only sit in a group of two. There were space in the bar area and the area adjacent to the reception but were allocated for those having food and using leisure facilities. The chaurs in the reception are needs to be arranged in such a way that four people could dit and talk together. The menu was very limited especially the main restaurant. At breakfasts time the staff should ask each table what hot drinks they need as the drinks machine kept breaking down, the queue gets long and hot breakfast getting cold. We requested two additional pillows in the morning and had to phone again in the late evening before we managed to get the pillows

Great building and access for disabled excellent. Great room, great housekeeping. High tea was a rip- off for some questionable sandwiches,2 rock hard scones and some very sickly pastries. No table cloth! and I had to ask for tea plates. Breakfast was superb in the week but Saturday morning...oh dear. Awful service, no milk in the coffee machine. No bread for toast, had to ask for it, and tables not cleared away so the overall image was of a sadly neglected hotel. Not what you would wish. We would stay again, however because overall it suited our needs.

More staff on Saturday mornings and re-train the evening bar staff who( almost )served high tea and put a table cloth on for goodness sake.

We had a very warm welcome, especially important as our boys have additional needs, plenty of parking, lovely pool and spa area. The room was spacious and really comfortable. My son forgot to bring our key when we left the room but reception were great about giving us another key. We had a problem with the latch on our room door but this was sorted out very quickly. Both boys are on the autistic spectrum and only like certain foods, the breakfast was included and they found things they could eat, the lovely waiter also offered to make pancakes for my son

It was a shame the coffee machines weren't working too well especially as the coffee was lovely when it did work

Our only downside to our stay was that we were told we could watch the boxing in the bar (we contacted ahead of our stay) as it was on the channel they had. Unfortunately when they went to put it on they hadn’t paid their bill we were told by reception so we’re unable to watch it in the bar, which resulted in us rushing back to our room and paying £20 to watch it on our iPad, on top of our drinks we’d paid in the bar whilst waiting to watch the fight. If we’d of known this beforehand we’d of gone and found a bar to watch it in and been cheaper.

Room was very comfortable. Hotel is very nice. Staff are friendly. Restaurant is good. The chap who ran the restaurant for breakfast in the morning was lovely. He has been there a while as we have seen him before.

It's a shame the sauna wasn't working and wasn't going to be fixed for 3 weeks. Also, why have you stopped doing robes in the bedrooms for the spa. It's a simple thing but so much easier to go to and from thd Spa to the bedroom and feels so much nicer.

Great facilities, lovely location and spacious room. Poll, gym and sauna very good and well maintained. Room was spacious with great view and nice additional touches. Staff at the gym/pool reception were very attentive and welcoming.

Staff at hotel reception and at breakfast were not very attentive or responsive to customers. At breakfast we waited a while at the ‘please wait to be seated’ sign and instead seated ourselves as we couldn’t see a member of staff. We walked through reception several times - it doesn’t take much to say ‘good morning’ or just a simple hello. Upon check out staff were talking and didn’t even notice us waiting. So we used the express check out box instead.

Room size, bar area and lounge, breakfast. Had problem with first room as it had a shower over a very high bath with no handrails so would have been very unsafe for me. Went to reception and the senior staff member was very helpful and I did get sorted with an access room which was great, so greatly appreciated that.

Check in. Did the pre check in but it still took the reception staff 10 minutes to check me in, the girl was new, but obviously needed more training and should not have been left alone. Shouldn't check her phone when she's dealing with a guest.

We stayed for our best friends wedding which was being held on site. We checked in nice and smoothly and was amazed at how beautiful the hotel was an dhow wonderful everything looked, throughout our stay we were always met with smiles and happiness from all staff and nothing was ever an issue. the onsite leisure facilities were able to use at our disposal which took us by surprise. We had no complaints with anything during our stay and would easily come again in the future.

we couldn't think of anything we didn't like. We would happily come again and book longer stays as we felt very relaxed and welcome throughout duration of our stay. We had a wonderful weekend and want to thank ever member of staff for being so wonderful and kind to us.

Great facilities including pool/sauna/steam room free to guests. Breakfast had lots of options for vegetarians. Room was clean and comfortable. Young lad working the desk for the pool was very helpful, giving suggestions of where to go nearby etc. The female host at breakfast was also very pleasant, explained where we could find anything and was able to use multiple languages to help other guests.

A few staff members were unhelpful during our stay. Some reception staff were quite abrupt with no communication of breakfast/use of facilities when checking in. When we asked about the TV in the room not working for Netflix/chromecast we were told it "just doesn't work" in any of the rooms.

Room and location were both great. Nice breakfast. Would be a great place to stay when they aren't busy.

They were fully booked (cheese rolling was on) so didn't let anyone check in early- fair enough. But they opted to have everyone wait till 3pm on the dot and then got slammed with everyone wanting to check in all at once. We also made a reservation for dinner early in the day. 10 mins before the reservation they called our room to tell us they were only serving the bar menu cause they had a full house. Pretty sure they had made that call early on so disappointed they waited till 10 mins before our booking to tell us.
