As a solo traveller, i needed somewhere i could call home for a few days while i adventured off all over the place......this was it! I have never before stayed somewhere quite as fantastic as this. Sally and Alan welcomed me with zero fuss, showed me what i needed to know and let me to get on with my busy trip. The Room - Massive, beautiful, clean and comfortable....you know that feeling and smile you get as you walk in and you know you picked well, this'll do it to you! The bed is a comfy double, with lots of comfy cushions and pillows and i slept so well. A kettle with the usual bits and peices are also provided. Only thing that could be added was a mini fridge possibly but not a problem. The bathroom was big too, just great with everything i needed, big towels, soaps and gels. The hosts - These guys are the perfect team! Sally and Alan run the ship and they are a beautiful couple with the most attention to detail who could not do more for you. Always around to help when needed, good for a chat and a laugh and have all the info and advice you ever need. They are the pefect team!! If you are visiting Penzance, this is the place! Thank you guys x

Possibly a mini fridge?

It had all that was needed for sleeping and storage of clothes. Bed really comfy. Large tv. Room was serviced and replenished with fresh mugs and coffee, tea things. Room was warm, smelt fresh, had all we needed. A hair dryer and alarm was available. On suite room and Shower very nice. Location was good for sea front, chip shop, local restaurants.

Parking is pot luck, you might or might not be in the same street. Room was cramped, only room to walk around bed, one chair only. Everything was good except for these things. No breakfast on offer though.

Very well situated in Penzance. Easy walk along the Prom to the town centre. Great hosts. Al was very helpful with his local knowledge. Beautifully decorated accommodation and lovely soft furnishings, obviously a well-cared for B&B. Parking is on the street and can be challenging, but not impossible, depending on the time of day

The size of the bathroom is interesting in the room we had. It is very narrow! Don't bend over when washing at the sink. You are at risk of opening the bathroom door! Despite this, it is a beautifully appointed bathroom. I personally found the mattress quite hard but my partner found it to be quite comfortable.

Very quiet location on a suburban street, but with easy access on foot to both the high street and the seaside. Alan was very friendly and helpful.

I can't really say any of this bothered me, but some people would want to know. It's a bed but not a breakfast, though breakfast places are nearby. The room was very cozy, some would say small, but I didn't mind because I was just sleeping there.

Hosts are Sally & Alan—very nice and helpful with daily journeys. Breakfast served individually in A pleasant dining room, for all guests. Room was well appointed, bright, with a small bathroom. Everything very clean and well planned. The best choice of B & B’s in the Promenade area of Penzance.

Comforter on bed very heavy and hot to sleep under. We preferred the lighter end blanket, that we shared. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate.

The location was great. Only a 5 min walk from the town centre, which has plenty of choices for restaurants. It’s in the ideal location as Minack theatre, Lizard Point, Land Ends and St. Michael Mount are all within driving distance. Alan was so friendly and helpful. When I arrived he suggested places to eat and things to do.

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The host was kind and helpful and gave us a map and information on Penzance which we found extremely useful.

I normally like to have breakfast but our host very kindly gave us lots of information on where we could eat early and there were good tea and coffee making facilities in the room so it wasn't a problem.

An excellent breakfast in fact the best breakfast we have ever had in a guest house , in terms of the quantity, variety , portion size and quality of food provided. The room was a little small but was spotlessly clean and had everything needed . The host had usefully provided a local map on which he had highlighted a shortcut into the town centre, and also highlighted main restaurants in the area , which we found very helpful. The host was also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and would certainly stay there again if returning to the area.

5-15 min walk to everything. Penlee gallery 5 min walk. Jew st where everything is ie atm(cash machine) post office 10 min I had a wrong adaptor for UK and the host loaned me one and showed me where to get one. Was very helpful and saved my life- I couldn’t have taken pictures of fabulous performance of Minnack b my phone would have been dead

Super friendly owners and room was very comfortable and really quiet yet very well located to town and promenade.

You can park in quiet streets but there is no dedicated parking - having said that we always found a space, but if there are events on, it might be more difficult. However don't let that put you off.
