The breakfast was perfect and the landlord James was always friendly, humorous and helpful.

The Venue was No Less Than Amazing, especially the back garden views of the surrounding hills, a color explosion to brighten anyday of the week, there was ample parking. The room was light and the views well you'd need to book and see for yourself, loads of space to leave your suitcase an storage for its contents. Plenty of lighting at the bedside for reading, a television on the wall adequate for watching the odd film. Tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of sugar n milk, coffee sachets and best of all Tetley Tea Bags for myself. The bed was very comfortable and easy to get the head down and slumber off into sleep, the shower was a very good size for a big guy like myself and very clean with some washing soap etc and plenty of super white clean towels for your every need. Breakfast was well presented and our taste buds where getting well used, lovely local sausage, egg, black pudding, potato scone, mushrooms cooked to perfection and fried tomato for the wife, with both of us having brown toast, there was also various cereals n fresh fruit available if you wanted, a perfect way to start the day. The host James was very pleasant and helpful at all times, knowledgeable and informative about Pitlochry. My wife and I will definitely visit Beinn Bhracaigh if we are back in the beautiful Pitlochry area again...and would advise others to do the same. Ps There's No Need for photos because you Will Want To See This Place for yourself...

Just couldn't find anything wrong to say with our few days visit

Location was great close to centre of town but high up in quiet street above the town. Everything had been thought of for guests comfort. The house is lovely, our room was warm and comfortable the ensuite had nice toiletries and the shower was good and hot. Hospitality tray was good and replacement tea bags etc could be got every day as could clean towels. Breakfast was served in the bright dining room with fabulous views. Choice was excellent, quality of food was fantastic and presented beautifullly. There was an honesty bar. Car parking was available on site, there was a nice garden to sit in as well. Books and DVDs were dotted about for guests to use. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The hosts were friendly and a useful source of local information, we loved our time there.

Property in a good location with a good sized car park. Located up a slight hill but not an issue. Just means you get a great view of the surrounding area. The rooms were spotless and a good size. Check-in was as expected with everything explained well (including local restaurants etc) before being shown to the room. Great selection for breakfast, well cooked and hosts very attentive. All in all a great stay and would definitely go back again.

Wonderful town to visit, lots of good walks. Comfortable, quiet, friendly inn. Owner extremely helpful for local suggestions and orientation. Beautiful site about the town (steep uphill from train, but short walk)

Would have liked to know that no eating in rooms or premises allowed, before arriving. (Except tea or coffee). Fortunately it did not rain while I was there, so could eat outside - with lovely view of hills.

Just a short walk from the high street so was in a quiet area. The host Tom was exceptional and made us very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble considering he and Adam had only taken over the establishment two weeks prior. Garage provided for road bikes during stay.

Breakfast timing was a bit stressful for Tom, but we were not in any hurry. Nothing to dislike.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beinn Bhracaigh. Our hosts, Kirsty and James were incredibly welcoming and were on hand to give us local recommendations and help with anything we may have needed. The breakfasts were AMAZING, we looked forward to them every morning, we recommend the full Scottish breakfast, it’ll keep you fuelled all day! Breakfasts were made even better by the beautiful views from the dining room. The honesty bar was another great perk, what a great idea! The bar was stocked to the brim with a great selection of drinks. You help yourself, write down what you had and settle up when you check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Beinn Bhracaigh, it was incredibly clean and quiet and was a perfect choice for our first Bed and Breakfast stay. We are definitely converts now! We will be recommending Beinn Bhracaigh to anybody heading to Pitlochry in the future and we look forward to visiting them again soon.

No complaints whatsoever

My stay was just perfect. The room was awesome and very clean and nicely decorated with a very nice view. And I felt the room was pretty soundproof. I loved the choices you get for breakfast and the quiet location. And the hosts are just awesome. I can't wait for my next visit :-)

There was nothing to dislike

If you are staying in Pitlochry you should definitely choose Beinn Bhracaigh! It’s a warm, comfortable and stylishly decorated guesthouse located in a quiet street not too far from the main part of town. It has everything needed for a restful stay and the staff are engaging and helpful. Highly recommended.

The walk up the hill from the town (not always pavemented) Although sufficient breakfast and tea-tray items were provided when requested, it should not really be necessary to have to ask for standard items when paying £159 per night. Surely two guests should qualify for two biscuits on the room tea tray!
