The breakfast was lovely. Not overdone, not underdone, just right and not too expensive. Room was very economical. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far off the motorway. I thought, since it was quite near the Haribo factory, that it might be noisy, but one drove round the back road and it was very quiet and peaceful with trees all around and enough parking available beside it. I would certainly use this hotel again. Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay.

Very little not to like. Perhaps some biscuits on the tea/coffee facilities.

It’s all been done out, very modern and stylish the rooms were clean and the decor was lovely! Smart TV aswell which is great as most hotels don’t offer this! In a good location next door to a pub aswell and the prices at the bar in the hotel were decent! Staff very friendly and nice to talk to!

Close to the motorway, hidden in a quiet area, perfect for a break from driving all across the country. Booking.com made a hiccup with my reservation, but Tracy went above and beyond to sort it out for me! 11 out of ten service! Staff are really friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Brilliant from start to finish. On a uni open day with my child and wanted a base out of town and close to links back to home. Didn’t disappoint. Whole experience excellent- cost, style, comfort. Staff were exceptional! Really friendly and kind. We asked for a particular restaurant recommendation and they bent over backwards to find out. Manager just lovely and all staff so sweet and helpful. When we next stay we will be straight back, no hesitation! One negative - a heavy footed guest upstairs 🤣 - 7am Sunday wake up - pretty sure they were doing laps ready for the calories at breakfast- but obviously not the hotels fault! Thank you. Very happy 😃

Never stayed in an Ibis before, so did not know exactly what to expect. Having stayed in one, I'd be happy to have it in my shopping list of places to stay.

There is a lack of signage to highlight the correct entrance to the hotel, so we ended up very nearly in the staff car park at the pub in front. Luckily we'd taken our own soap, shower gel etc, as there was 2 empty containers in our shower room upon arrival. You'd think they would have found some in an unused room? Small issue with a family obviously spread over 2 rooms on the same floor as us, in and out of each other rooms. Not the hotels fault, but maybe they could create a few linked rooms in each hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful.i have a gluten and lactose allergy, and they were helpful and had bread and alternatives for me. The staff were lovely and so helpful if you asked for something it was not too much trouble.

The automatic lights in the corridors and the corridors were dark n dingy.

Well it was clean , it was nicely sited. Room was spacious with air conditioning Glass bottle water plenty of teas coffees etc.

The fire doors in corridors banged heavy I know they need to close but possibly more controlled and our room no 9 the bathroom door wouldn't close to and I do think its a room for privacy

Room and hotel were really clean and fresh, bedroom was bigger than expected and thankfully had aircon due to it being incredibly hot. Reception staff Katie & Deena were welcoming on arrival. Tracey on breakfast was lovely and the cooked breakfast and continental food was lovely and fresh. Would stay again!

The was a lot of parking. The staff stated that the booking had been confused in terms of which bed we would be having so accommodated us to the one we wanted which was very appreciated. Very helpful at breakfast and very tasty breakfast. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable

We arrived, check in was simple and straightforward. We got to our room, it was very modern/industrial style which is what we like. Our bed was so comfortable and the sheets had an amazing thread count. We slept like we were floating on a cloud. Breakfast was great with a choice of continental and cooked English. We did pay extra for this but worth it. We went back to our room for a nap and decided to do a late check-out. Staff members Tracey and Sophie were lovely and accommodated our longer stay.
