Best Western Plus Milford Hotel

The larger room was a good idea as we had plenty of room to relax for the evening. The staff we very efficient, helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant menu was good, maybe something without chips would make a good addition. Breakfast had a good buffet selection and the cooked breakfasts were tasty using local produce. We would stay at this hotel again when visiting family in the local area.

The only downfall was the TV. The remote did not connect properly with the TV, but as we were only interested in the news which was the channel we had, we told the staff we were happy and not to bother to look into the problem until we left.

The hotel was all you would want it to be for working away. Lovely staff. Clean and presentable. The only criticism I had was the £13 milford breakfast. If they provided toast at the same time it would've been a lot better. The toast machine kept us late tbh. £13 for a grilled full English? It didn't work tbh. Bar was great and the staff are all really professional and helpful but sort your breakfasts out please 🙏 😀

Clean,bathroom and good shower Accessible clearly signed from road. Good parking Lovely welcome late at night. Comfortable. 2 pillows each!! And lots of milk....thank you so much!!!! We were very happy with our stay.

We have wracked our brains and the only thing we can think of was that we coukd hear the header rank filling in the roofspace as people started to use water early. But thus was proabably just the location of our room. Number 25. Not a major issue for us.

Caroline couldn't have done anymore for us when we discovered a leak due to the recently serviced air con. She straight away helped us move our things to the next room and gave us and our friend free drinks. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size, very clean and the beds were comfy.

There wasnt any pubs or restaurants (apart from the hotel restaurant) within walking distance, so getting a taxi can be quite pricey

The staff were very kind. We had been stuck in a traffic jam for 5 hours and were unable to drive on to our original destination. Staff made us sandwiches even though the kitchen was closed. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. We feel very lucky to have found this hotel at the end of a very challenging day. Thank you Best Western Milford.

Breakfast the boiled eggs was hard yolk The sausage on mine I didn’t like My wife scrambled egg was a pale colour and very peppery I know by my son who is a chef that it was very over seasoned On walking in we was stood for ages waiting for a receptionist This all because the notice telling us to dail o was turned the wrong way

we stayed as we had a wedding close by, excellent parking spaces. & staff were so lovely! I walked through with slippers (which I think all females should have on standby if attending a wedding haha! and the ladies were so lovely didn’t make me feel awkward) we checked in early so we didn’t end up getting back late and struggling. we found the flooring was heated in the bathroom !!! which was so comforting even my fiancé enjoyed this touch. amazing room , tv was big! bigger than TV’s in other hotels and there was a safe also which is great for security. we had a room looking onto the A road I would love to go back again for a break! breakfast was lovely too thank you so much for adding to our magical weekend. we work a lot and the hotel was lovely we recommend your premises to everyone browsing don’t hesitate !

couldn’t fault it!

Easy access hotel, perfect location for where we were travelling. Staff super helpful. Food in restaurant was as good as I've had anywhere and all cooked fresh to order. Same with breakfast which had a varied menu. Nothing too much trouble at all..air con in the room made for a very comfortable night's sleep. Couldn't hear the traffic from the road either. Would def stay again.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom had a nice bath and shower.

My meal was terrible so I had to send it back. My mother enjoyed the scampi but said the peas and chips were tasteless and every european meal was served with the same tasteless chips and peas. Meals were expensive. I was charged approximately £20 for two ham and tomato sandwiches and two cups of coffee. Buses were few and far between and local taxis were a wash out. I definitely won't stay there again.

Large, clean room, 2 large very comfortable single beds, spotless white linen, coffee table and 2 easy chairs a real bonus, well thought out wet room with underfloor heating and big white bath towels. Air conditioner worked well. Staff helpful and friendly. Did not have breakfast so unable to comment.

Having to pay £10.00 each per night for 2 Tiny Yorkshire Terriers.
