Room is stunning. Decor beautiful. Bea, at reception was an absolute diamond to deal with, took the time to show me around and tell me everything I needed to know. I’ve already booked another 2 nights stay. Shower is lovely and big. Most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in. Carpet in the room is luxurious and clean. Bottled water is supplied in the room. Towels are plentiful and very fresh. I 100% recommend staying at this hotel. I stay in the area often with work and usually stay in a large chain hotel… no longer. This is my new go-to. Hospitality done right!!

I didn’t like leaving. I want to live here!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my bathroom but the receptionist dealt with it promptly and offered me an upgrade. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast menu had plenty of options and was very good.

The executive room I had originally been allocated was disappointing as it was quite dark and cold, and not nearly as spacious as the superior room. I would definitely recommend paying a little extra for the superior room, it was far nicer than the executive room.

The hotel is located in the heart of Portsmouth, next to the D-Day museum, the room was excellent and the shower room was really nice, the receptionist was welcoming, explained how to park and how to go to the Isle of Wight, the hotel has a good restaurant in a nice garden where breakfast is served. We has a great time,

The hotel is composed of different buildings. So it was a little bit hard to find. The restaurant served food only until 20:00.

The staff are absolutely brilliant and very accommodating. The staff couldn't do enough for you. My only complaint would be that the hallway light was on all night and could be easily seen through the base of the door which made the room less dark. Breakfast was delicious and our dining experience was delightful. Would definitely stay het again.

We had the ground floor room which had a separate toilet that had no privacy window this could benefit from a frosted window sticker as there are properties that look over the window.

The room was lovely and comfortable. It was great to have 2 comfortable chairs to relax with a drink. The bed was so comfortable, best sleep I’ve had for ages. The breakfast was superb, very tasty and hot. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

Only slight thing was the placement of the tv. If positioned to watch comfortably from the the chairs, you couldn’t open the bathroom door. But this was a minor issue, didn’t affect our stay at all.

Large bedroom, shower. Excellent breakfast, full English cooked as I like it, eggs hard.... The room it's self was warm.

The separate toilet in the room probably was the smallest toilet in the world. if you were of ample proportions then I fear you would not have got in there! When me a 13 stone man went in there my shoulders were touching each side walls! It was the case of backing in there!. The depth of the toilet room was also very small. Clean and tidy but very cold in there.

The whole experience, from start to finish was brilliant and memorable. The staff were extremely friendly. The accommodation was extremely clean and tidy and smelt wonderfully fresh. The choice of breakfast menu and evening meal was thoroughly enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. The parking arrangement were ideal. The conservatory and outdoor seating area were a great setting for guests to enjoy.

It would have been useful to have had a safe within the room.

The breakfast was superb..Room large and only spoilt by the inconsiderate guest opposite who went in and out the doors leaving them slam about 3 times between 6 and 7a.m

Staff lovely and location good and check in easy

Room was cold staff tried to help but bathroom radiator was useless and it was freezing. Sons executive room was spacious but also had a freezing bathroom. Our room on the top floor was in the eaves of the roof and husband banged his head on the sloping ceiling in bedroom and bathroom and nearly hit it going down the stairs on more than one occasion and he’s not very tall! Not much room at breakfast No fruit on menu

This hotel was amazing the rooms are so so nice and the breakfast was amazing! I’d definitely recommend going in for the breakfast included definitely worth that little bit of extra money, would definitely go back here

Nothing really couldn’t recommend it enough The room however can get quite warm but we just turned the heaters off
