The facilities for children were brilliant .Great idea to have an outdoor bar were the children’s playground is so you can watch them. The staff were all very friendly throughout our stay . Particularly Alysia the glass collector who was lovely with the children and kept the tables clear of glasses .which is a must around young kids .Outdoor seating in the beach huts was fab especially as they have heaters .The cafe was reasonably priced .Night time entertainment was good .The complex was very clean and the areas around the caravans was well maintained .The swimming pool was fantastic .

We were disappointed with the quality of the mattresses .They were really uncomfortable for adults .Matbe a side lamp in living room area as the main lights are very bright .

Very friendly and helpful all the staff members. Good facilities and extra FREE activities were available for kids for example face art and Donkey rides.

While the overall experience was amazing, there are a few areas for improvement. The accommodation would greatly benefit from higher quality bed mattresses for added comfort. Additionally, it would be helpful if basic amenities such as hand soap, toilet paper, and kitchen towels were provided, as these are typically standard in other locations we have visited. Despite these points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the efforts made to ensure a pleasant experience. Thank you!

The site was immaculately clean, the check in on arrival was smooth and very pleasant. The caravan was very clean and well equipped.it looked like there was plenty of facilities on site.

During our stay none of the facilities were open apart from the swimming pool and the arcade. Maybe this was because it wasn't peak season. But it would have been helpful to have the onsite shop open. The bed in the caravan felt like it needed to be replaced, there were a few lumps in it, and it could have benifted from a couple of extra pillows, I did ask for some but they had none spare. Apart from these few niggles I will still come back.

Our stay was really good, staff were very friendly and tha accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The facilities at the park are great and every area was kept clean.we had a great time.

The only thing wrong and it is a small thing but would make an improvement to the park, was that there was no pathway from the car park to the caravan, which is not a great distance but when it rained it was very moody walking across the grass and it would then tread into the caravan.

I had never visited before and was more than happy with our stay. My children absolutely loved it. Swimming was brilliant. They loved the afternoon kids club and evening entertainment. The park also kept them entertained which was great. Our caravan was also situated next to a small park which they had hours of fun on and made plenty of friends. I was on my own with my children and felt very safe and I would return. It was a lovely week away.

We stayed at the captains lodge and it was lovely and spacious for a caravan. Lots of room and the hot tub especially good.

We didn’t like that the children’s entertainment wasn’t on, on Sundays. As we was staying for the weekend we expected it to be on each night of our stay. We also wasn’t informed the entertainment was as on 1hr earlier on the Saturday because of an artist, therefore we also missed that which was disappointing for the children.

The location was great, the facilities were good, the site was clean and ideally located to all other surrounding towns.

The van was a little on the small side( will upgrade next time), very basic but adequate for a short break like ours, nothing mentioned about leaving a deposit until the booking was confirmed. Nothing about paying the holding deposit back. Asked for car details, arrival time all after the booking was made.

How clean everything was, everyone was really friendly and Approachable everything ubneed onsite , lots of things for the kids to do

Some of the girls in the cafe look miserable The lady with the blue hair was really smiley and Approachable- but all the other girl looked miserable and wasn't very Approachable and sometimes was quiet rude when asking them questions about food

Tha caravan was nice and it was a good size. The ability to upgrade the internet was handy as we streamed Netflix at night. The bed was comfortable and the cookware was all present and clean.

The location of the Silver 2 was right at the end of the park, would have liked to have been a little closer. Not a major issue. A fan would have made the hot weather more comfortable but again not a major issue.

Great little caravan- basic but clean. Super site- well maintained. Pool was a real bonus. Enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the bingo.

There was some rubbish in the kitchen bin when we arrived- presumably from the previous tenants. Prepared to overlook it, as the rest of the caravan was spotless.
