Decent place, we took food there so was fine. No shops nearby, you have to drive. But for us that was a positive, for some could be an issue. The restaurant is open until latish and spa uuntil 9pm. Hot tub was nice, gym is OK. The sauna and steam room wernt working when 8 went, but they was closing the site for end of year so not too much of an issue. Family enjoyed it and would recommend.

Couldn't get a massage from the spa as fully booked. Not too much of an issue but would make this even better if more availability. Some facilities weren't working in spa.

Great surroundings, spotlessly clean site. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Nice little spa unit, bar and restaurant lovely. Tea and coffee facilities in the caravan for arrival. Peace and quiet, just what I wanted.

Definitely need a vehicle (I didn't realise how "in the sticks" it is) It's a long way to shops but I managed. The rain 😁😁

Comfortable caravan with beautiful views. Little boy loved looking for the sheep! There was plenty of space for us and our 2 year old, including a patio area. Staff very friendly, especially the maintenance guys who offered to let my little boy sit in their gator vehicle as he loved it! The staff in the bar/restaurant were also very friendly. However this was closed for 2 days of our stay.

Only downside of the caravan was ours was right next to the refuse area. There was a wall so we couldn't see it though. The play area could do with a few more things in it for kids as it was quite basic, but overall no complaints really.

Lovely scenery, very pretty place to stay. Staff were warm and welcoming and helpful to provide information. Lovely amenities on site with good food at the restaurant at a reasonable price and amazing spa which we had to ourself at times - not too busy at any time we went. Good location close to beaches and shops, only a short drive away. Caravan was small but comfortable. Really lovely little getaway and would definitely recommend. Good value for money.

In one room we had lots of bugs on the first night which we had to clean out ourselves. The bedrooms are extremely small - don’t visit with people you’re not very comfortable with as there is absolutely no privacy at all. Nowhere within walking distance.

The Jacuzzi was a hit with my husband and two boys. Lovely holiday home with stunning views. Staff are lovely and at hand to assist if need be and very helpful. We asked for the bbq and it was already there waiting for us when we arrived. Well equipped beautiful holiday home.

The play area was a nice open space for children but you don't have access to it with a buggy as it is two flights of steps so buggies have to be left behind. The walk to reception was up a steep slope from our holiday home. It was all road with no pathway for pedestrians. This only caused difficulty as we had a toddler. Our decking had a some old cobwebs and leaves in corners. Just a note as it just takes away from the amazing place it is. Other than that beautiful holiday home and well equiped.

We really enjoyed our staying, the location is stunning, and the view from our lodge was amazing(n.105) We will definitely go back, absolutely love it. So much to do and to see, it was absolutely a blessed weekend away. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to go to the beach.

Before we went, I’ve read few reviews and found bad comments and complaints, but honestly this place exceed my expectations.. The only thing to mention is that we were expecting to have BBQ on our place as mentioned on the booking, we couldn’t find the bbq, also I didn’t ask the receptionist, so it was a bit of miscommunication. But that’s ok we went to Tesco and got like a bbq tray :) That didn’t put us off, we’re still very satisfied with our weekend away.

The site was beautiful, so picturesque and peaceful. It's tucked out of the way which just shows off how stunning Wales countryside is. Everyone was so friendly and the site was immaculate. Our caravan had 2 toilets which considering we had 3 young children was a god send.

The restaurant was closed Tuesday Wednesday which considering we were there Monday to Friday made it a little disappointing. We did have a chair that was broken on the outdoor furniture but the way it's set out outside is lovely and private. Taking rubbish out would be easier if it wasn't so hilly which as we're disabled made it very difficult. It would be good if someone could collect from outside for people who struggle with walking. However these are only minor little things. We would highly recommend.

Staff amazing! Esp Lee, lol! People friendly, we took my 18 yr old daughter who really enjoyed the scenery and spa!!! My 12 year old son I was worried after reading some reviews he would be too bored, infact it was the opposite. He enjoyed it so much that he loved the surroundings and the walks, and there was plenty to do in the surrounding facilities. My husband and I enjoyed every aspect of this trip. 100% recommended

Leaving!!!

The caravans very bright, modern and very clean. We had everything we needed. We asked for an extra rack for the oven, which they brought straight away and a sliding toilet seat was fixed immediately. The head of housekeeping was brilliant.

We recieved a call from reception, on our way there to ask what our Eta was as reception, closed at 6pm. The booking reference said arrival 1600hrs to 2000hrs. As it was we weren't too far away when the call came and checked in at 17.55pm but we felt a bit pressured in the Friday night traffic, to hurry. But we're greeted with a smile and friendly welcome.
