The b&b was easy to find and had its own parking which is a real bonus in Robin Hoods Bay. The room (The Bay room) was clean and spacious as was the bathroom, with lots of little treats stocked in the fridge for our arrival. Keypad entry on the doors so you can check in as convenient for you. The bathroom was beautifully decorated with 2 sinks and a powerful rain shower (there is nothing worse than washing your hair in a weak shower so this is always appreciated!) You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the planning of the room, it was functional and stylish with everything you could need. A daily spruce of the room is also available. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Short walk to the bus stop which serves Whitby and Scarborough. Would definitely return.

This B&B has gone the extra mile. Some of the stand out features were self-selected door codes, coffee machines in the rooms, fabulous shower. The breakfast was very nice and had a good choice of dishes. We didn't meet Michael but Max was very friendly. And of course the best thing about accommodation at Robin Hood's Bay is having parking provided.

The room was a little on the small side but perfectly adequate for one night. The B&B is at the top of the town and involves walking up a big hill to get there. This didn't bother us but might be an issue for some people.

Friendly staff, ideal location, fantastic breakfast, free parking. Attention to detail and a bonus stocked mini fridge. Wonderful shower, overall great place to stop. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Adrian (Sheffield) 16-20th September.

Beautifully modernised and appointed accommodation. in superb location. Very clean. Car parking facilities essential in such a touristy area. Most welcoming hosts. Exceptional, freshly cooked breakfast. Amazing shower. Greatly appreciated the provision of coffee machine and little treats left in the room fridge. Very grateful for recommendation of Sneaton Castle for dinner. Highly recommend.

We would have preferred breakfast to be offered until 10am but this in way deterred from our enjoyment of this amazing guest house.

The location is so convenient. Robin Hood's Bay can be a challenge so North ings being at the top of the hill is great. There are places to eat close by, as well as there own restaurant. It's a lovely house. Our room was great. Easy to check in and great that you don't need keys. The little restaurant was very welcoming and warm. The staff on duty during our stay were lovely, friendly and informative.

The bed in our room had a footboard that jutted out with a hard edge. I bruised my leg on it twice, ouch! Breakfast was a little too early, we prefer a little more of a leisurely start to the day, when we're on holiday.

Staff are welcoming, friendly, positive and attentive without being in your face. the keyless locks make everything easy. bathroom was amazing. very spacious and very clean. small touches like drinks and snacks in the fridge. the room lay out is perfect. Bed is comfortable and big great for a taller person. The restaurant itself was perfect we had an evening meal and breakfast which both were amazing. In fact one of the best breakfast we have had ever.

A perfect stay! Lovely hosts, comfortable room with a great shower room and lots of nice touches in the room. Breakfast was delicious, again our hosts went the extra mile. The location was very good for seeing Robin hood bay and the surrounding area, with plenty of on-site parking. We highly recommend North Ings, thank you for a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The location was excellent. The hotel was spotless and the hosts very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room had a modern en-suite. The hotel was done out to a high standard. They had allocated parking spaces, which was very handy since we came by car and there was no extra charge for this. This is an essential priority for us.

There was nothing we did not like and consequently we had a very enjoyable, relaxing break.

Lovely place, perfect location and the room was nice. I appreciated that you could be quiet independent with the door system (no keys, just a code you pick before the stay, self check-in and out). Also the coffee available in the room was lovely and I thought the storage unit was very practical to arrange our luggage/clothes etc. Extra points for the slippers!! Thank you!

The bed was a bit small considering it was a 'deluxe' room, breakfast time was a bit limiting (8am - 9am) especially with check out being at 10am. But there are lovely place in the area for a great breakfast.

Up on arrival we about half an hour early the weather was awful. We rang the bell and were allowed to go to our room right away. First impressions of the room was wow. Beautiful modernised clean room. Checking the place out, we found milk in the fridge along with goodies and drinks. Coffee maker (win win) kettle and complementary biscuits. There was more than we could have expected. The shower gel shampoo and handwash... Oh my goodness they smell absolute devine. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice we ended up having the full English both days. All in all couldn't fault the place. Quiet beautiful scenery great hosts. Will definitely be back

The end of the bed is wider than the bed. So in dull lighting it can be deceiving. I did knock my leg on it and ended up with a huge bruise. The fridge when it kicks in can be a bit noisy not too bad though.
