It was a nice place, very clean and comfortable. Helen was very welcoming, very kind and helpful. The room was great, clean and light, with all you needed. I felt, as a lone traveller, very safe and secure. TV was good too.

It was all good. The fish and chip shop up the road wasn’t that great, but not the fault of the Leaded Light. If I stayed again I would phone for a take away meal.

Wonderful little stay. The owner was very sweet and communicative. Our room was cleaned very well between days and we felt very cosy! We were working at the NEC and it was a super easy drive. There's a SPAR down the road with cheap food, and a really lovely bakery too!

The parking was a little awkward but it wasn't the be all end all!

Helen is the loveliest hostess - I arrived very late on a cold night, and she was so kind - she stayed up late to meet me, stood with me when I parked my car and put a hot water bottle in my bed to warm it up! It’s a beautiful house, exceptionally clean and really comfortable. This was the third time I’ve stayed. Thank you again Helen xx

Very convenient location & very quiet. The Owner/Host was very friendly, pleasant & helpful. The room was very clean and spacious for a one person attic room. The bathroom had hot water at all times, & a bath, not something I’ve always experienced in 3rd floor attic rooms! I didn’t opt for breakfast and having the fridge in the room made being self sufficient very easy.

There was nothing to dislike.

The guest house was easy to access from the road network south of Birmingham. It was also well placed for my visit to the first Ashes Test match at Edgbaston. The owner was an excellent host and very helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was provided to order each morning which set me up perfectly for a day at the cricket.

We were made very welcome and given a quiet room, even though we had booked a room at the front of the house. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was better than excellent. The room was very comfortable, cosy and warm, but the ensuite was rather bijou. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would return if we are in the area again.

Lovely host, helpful and friendly. We didn't sign up for the breakfast so unable to say either way. Really good price and convenient for the NEC. Included on-site parking was very handy.

It was a little noisy because of the nearby road, but no problem as I had my earplugs handy. There are other rooms on the back side of the property that I imagine are quieter.

The room was cozy. It looked out over the garden and so was very quiet. Helen was kind, friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was just the right temperature. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The breakfast was one of the best I've had for the price - cereals, fresh fruit, various cooked items were also offered, including eggs - fried, scrambled and poached. The egg I had was poached to perfection! The homemade jams were also a lovely touch and very tasty. the guesthouse was easy to find and parking very good. There was even a tiny fridge in the room.

It was lovely and big, good signage. Beautiful garden, such a lovely view to look over in the morning. I had a lovely welcome and was shown my room and all the facilities I had. Very well priced and so worth it. The bed was comfortable and it was lovely and quiet.

Helen was very friendly and welcoming, and although I ended up in a smaller room, she was very apologetic and I was given half of my money back to compensate. Although the room was small, the bed was still big enough and very comfortable. The room felt perfectly good for my requirements.

Being situated on a main road, there was quite a bit of road noise at night, despite this I still managed to get a decent nights sleep. The TV also lost signal at times.
