The location was close to where we needed to get too.

Lack of parking spaces - Came back from a concert after midnight and there was just 1 parking spot left as People had parked poorly over 2 spaces. Perhaps there could be some sort of monitoring. Also the entrance to the parking is in the middle of a bus lane which is confusing. No allocation of breakfast tables- Guests sit where they fancy which is not ideal. Myself and my partner got up to get a drink midway. Came back and 2 other people were sitting there. I spoke to them and told then we were sat there. They refused to move as there were no other tables available. I spoke to reception who made space for us. Totally unnecessary confusion and really they should have been asked to move.

Staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a good size and the bed was enormous. The room was spotless and we slept well. Breakfast was tasty. Overall we could not find fault with anything (and we stay in hotels around Europe almost every week). We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely come back. Thanks to everyone for a truly great experience.

The orange juice was a bit watery but that is all we can think of. Nothing else.

Parking was great, room was big enough, breakfast was lovely, bathroom was clean and good size shower. Check in/out was great with the staff.

Air con didn't work but a heater was provided. Had to ring reception to get a replacement kettle as it didn't work and I wanted a cuppa. Mattress topper made the bed feel lumpy so I didn't get a great night's sleep. Could have done with more choice of hot food ie hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes.

we had a great stay here , there was 6 of us and a baby, we had a 2 night stay with breakfast each morning and dinner one evening. the facilities were lovely and rooms were very clean and comfortable. we were very impressed with the staff and their hospitality and friendly attitude towards us . helping us with all our questions and everything. they were lovely and friendly to my little nephew!

I have been staying here in the past. So, nothing new. From my previous experience, this place is a good choice provided price is suitable. Found reasonable price this time, so booked there.

Formerly, I've been parking my car with disabled badge free of charge. But, now they asked me to pay additional 10 pounds which they reduced to £7.00 after my protest. In my opinion this was a "Hidden Extra" which was not mentioned in the Booking.com site.

Absolutely spotlessly clean, big room and outstanding shower. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Breakfast could have been a lot more cooked (no one wants to see uncooked bacon and sausages first thing in the morning) and although they did have soy milk and takeaway cups, we had to ask for them rather than them being left out as standard.

The breakfast was not good at all. There was scrambled egg which didn’t look great and on one day tasted like it was made with buttermilk. For some reason you had to ask for beans. You had to be down really early for breakfast or it was nearly gone ad there were lots of workmen and refugee families trying to get kids to school.

The breakfast and more gluten-free cereals.

My 4th time staying here its location is convenient for transport staff lovely. Room clean.

Lots of children one family of 6. Children are fine but a couple of them coughing badly and touching food with their hands in the dinning room without supervision. I paid a lot to stay there. Put me off eating there. Also only 2 tea bags in the room I think I put that on my last review

On booking in, the colleague on reception was extremely helpful and Friendly . Made the whole process easy and quick while engaging in conversation and being very personable.

Nothing. Even though the hotel may not be in the best location it didn't matter as all staff were great. The kitchen/restaurant team couldn't be more helpful, the barstaff and reception on both days were just great.

Everything was just great Lovely clean building Easy check in Perfect size room with massive king bed ,very clean and modern Shower size ,clean bathroom ,comfy bed and bedding, great breakfast in the morning. Really nothing negative about our stay ,will definitely come back .
