Welcoming, courteous, clean, quiet, and safe for females and Muslims, too. I was very grateful my luggage was carried upstairs as I struggled with lifting the luggage and my bags. Highly recommend! Great value for the price I paid, which was less than half of what my fellow colleagues paid at the Holiday Inn.

The rug in the bathroom needs deep cleaning as it has strong smell which is understandable as lots of children stays there with families

We did not take breakfast. The taxi journey from airport to hotel was quick and uneventful late at night. Next morning the taxi booked by hotel staff to take us to the train station was good and took 20 minutes as predicted by our driver.

We paid more than we had hoped for one night. However it was quite a late booking because our circumstances had changed the day before we flew home from our holiday destination.

Clean room, nice white bedding and towels. Very hot shower and very peaceful back room. Very helpful staff, recommended which area in which to find places to eat - We went to Karachi-King - excellent food! Morrisons close so we could get things for breakfast.

Bath mat was not a new towel, unable to leave window open for night airflow as window opened onto escape route, I am happy the room was well heated though! Restaurant undergoing refurbishment so had to find someWhere to eat.

We were offered tea and coffee on arrival, the room was spotless. Location was easy to find and a 7 minute walk from a train station that takes you into the centre. Staff were lovely and very helpful. So worth it for the price! Thank you for the lovely stay!

lovely clean family run hotel very homely and the owner very obliging will help you with anything Mohammed even to offered to do my clothes washing if needed, Great location with supermarkets and pubs within 5-10 minute walk or a two minute drive, i’m stopping there for eight weeks Monday to Friday and it’s home from home. would recommend this hotel.

The room was a good size, bed was comfortable, shower very good and general cleanliness of room and bathroom was good. Welcome was very good and helpful with a slightly later check out allowed given that it's unusually early at 9am normally. No breakfast was available although we were offered tea/coffee/juice upon check out.

Nothing really - floor creaked a bit when moving around but didn't spoil anything.

The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The restaurant was closed due to the current crisis. However, there is a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. And staff offered extra cups or dishes if needed as well as directions to other places for meals. Breakfast of cold cereals and hot drinks also available at the moment. The room was very quiet and the shower was good.

I would love to visit again when the restaurant is open just to try the food.

Hotel responded quickly when I advised we were running late to check in. Eventhough it was past 11pm we were offered refreshments. Staff Really friendly and accommodating.
