Rooms: Some have been renovated and some have not yet. Our 5 day stay was in the Bozans room. This has just been renovated. As you would expect, it is a great room. There is a good TV and a lovely shower. A nice accent is the luminous mirror in the spacious bathroom. The rooms and bathroom are kept clean every day and provided with clean towels. Breakfast/restaurant: Breakfast consists of some light items from the buffet and some hot dishes for which your order is taken separately. The quality is very good, but take into account an average waiting time of 20 minutes before your hot dish is served. The dinner is of a very high standard. Very tasty and definitely recommended. The golf course: Beautifully located. Truly a big 10. Lots of height difference, beautiful views, rocks, (fire) towers and of course the sea. Fitness/swimming pool area: We have not been to the swimming pool but have seen it. It seemed to look good. Pretty neat. The fitness room was very complete considering the number of rooms that CCC offers. Predominantly good quality of equipment. Not new but functioned well. There are enough machines to train all muscle groups. Through the window from the fitness room you look out over the swimming pool. The temperature in the swimming pool is pleasantly warm, you don't want this in the fitness room. Fortunately, there is good air conditioning that ensures that the fitness remains pleasantly cool.

Rooms: The beds have nice mattresses but are a bit small. Taller people of 1.90 meters will come over the edge with their heels. Yet they are very comfortable. Breakfast/restaurant: For the bigger eater, a main course alone will not be enough. so I would have a starter first. It will then be a bit more expensive, which is very acceptable considering the price-quality ratio. The golf course: There is no driving range at Cape Cornwall Club. You will have to make do with two teeing cages, a chipping area and a putting green. Fitness/swimming pool area: If we look at the cleanliness, the fitness room makes a lesser impression. The rubber floor could use a good overhaul and the walls are full of smudges.

Room very light and with a view too. The beds were comfortable with good pillows. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Dinner was nicely presented and delicious and reasonably priced. On arrival the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating The swimming pool and hot tub were an added bonus. A great location with easy access down to Priests Cove run by the National Trust. The terrace is perfect for a drink and to watch the sun set.

There seemed to be a lack on the finer details such as the carpet leading to the dining room had not been vacuumed. We were not offered tea/coffee at breakfast and had to ask, also only white processed bread available. There was a very wonky shelf in the room sited in a poor position next to the bed.

Normal hotel as any other i would say. For the golfers probably does not matter at wall as long as they can play. Would be nice to have some shirts and bikini for the pool as there is some stuff for the golf course, for cases like myself who just decided to sleep some where. It was strange how hotel on the edge with the ocean don’t have rooms with ocean view or maybe just did not wanted to give it to me. Rooms are okay. I can’t sleep on any bed, so in this occasion I had a problem with that , almost did not sleep. But that’s up to the person I know . Very helpful staff, normal price in the restaurant (everyone understands different that normal) . In general good place to relax and if you catch a good weather to enjoy to view . Thanks.

I put everything above , no one can be perfect. As a person who drinks the bar can be open a bit late tho , it is a hotel after all not a pub. Some may enjoy drink and just sitting by the pool.

Location, quality of dinner, comfort of room, leisure facilities, helpful staff,relaxed ambience, proximity to the coastal path and St Just . Excellent for our extended family break.

Building work aside,it was unnecessarily untidy in places and lacked that overseeing eye,. The communal space was large and functional but not set up for relaxation on a wet or dreary day or for informal drinks . Fortunately the weather was great so we were out and about. Some comfortable break out areas would make the stay even better. There seemed quite a lot of items missing from the menu.

We chose to stay at the Cape Cornwall Club because it was perfectly placed for our SW Coast Path walk from St Ives to Land's End. We found the room we had good and spacious with excellent heating and hot water, together with a bath and plenty of towels. We didn't use the swimming pool and hot tub but I did use the excellently equipped gym. The quality of the inclusive Full English breakfast was first class and the resident young Cornish chef trained by both Michel Roux and Rick Stein produced outstanding evening meals. Best of all were the friendly young couple who own the place and their very Cornish local staff. Our 5 days theri were a delight.

Although a lot of work is going on to refurb the buildings and build new rooms the main building is looking a bit worn around the edges. It's a tough call on the owners' investment in the facilities. Moving from Covid lockdowns when they bought it to today's high inflationary times must be putting a big strain on their finances.

TOTALLY relaxing! Loved the location! Stunning local walks, & 15 min walk to St. Just. Only took the car out once during our 4 night stay. Visited lovely Minack Theatre, approx 20 mins distant. First impression was that room was basic but quickly overlooked that as it was so cosy & comfortable!

We discovered that sound insulation isn’t too good one night when noisy guests arrived. Other nights were fine. Unfortunately swimming pool pump stopped working on our last 2 days, which was disappointing.

Beautiful location right by the sea. Loved walking down to the water and listening to the sound of the waves. So many medieval looking ruins around. It was perfect for us. We love history and we were very impressed with everything we saw. All the staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. Our beds were so comfortable. I've never slept so well in a long time. My daughter and I loved it so much we will definitely be going back.

Would have liked a mini fridge just to keep cold water in or a fizzy drink.

Walked from Zennor to cape cornwall club. welcomed with bright smiles and a very quick check in. Expecting something basic for the price, but the chalet/room was spotless. Room had everything youd need, bed was superb, shower was great. Again not expecting too much from the golf clubs food menu, but what we had was amazing especially the 'beetroot gnochi' (spelling not great!) Breakfast was of the best quality aswell. Bonus was the small pool, sauna and jacuzzi we used before dinner which soothed the aching legs.

Rooms 9 out of 10, maybe a fresh plusher new carpet but im nit picking.

Stunning location, (although a bit difficult to find) but extremely chilled and beautiful. Friendly helpful staff, excellent food, what a talented chef.

We would have given higher marks but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness in some area was so disappointing. We totally appreciate that lack of staff is a factor but this is such an important issue when guests are staying.

I liked the location. The breakfast was quite slow coming out on the first day despite ordering fairly promptly to opening. Second day was much better. Lovely location. Nice walk to the cape. Room was cosy and comfortable.

There was no wi-fi to the room which limited the entertainment option. This was a possibe combination of the weather at the time, which was poor and tech fault. The manager did try to resolve it, promptly calling an engineer but it remained unresolved during my stay.
