The room was lovely and spacious, clean and had a nice big TV. The dinner service was outstanding as the food was soo good, we had room service and it was delivered right on time. The bed was massive and really comfy. My son loved the stay and thought it was magical, he didn't want to leave. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

The room was boiling, I tried so many times to turn the temperature down. No phone in the room to call the front desk to ask for help and couldn't leave the room as had young child sleeping. Also, the breakfast was massively overpriced for what you can have, in my opinion. The pool was sectioned off so you could only use 1/4 of it and it was quite crowded due to swimming lessons and lane swimming only. Could have just been the time we went.

We received a free upgrade and gained a larger room. Breakfast was slightly chaotic due to volume of people. Had to wait 15 minutes for staff to realise that the plates had run out. All personnel were working out of view. Extra benefits with a larger room, included the use of Gym and swimming pool. Bed was very comfortable.

Attention to detail when serving breakfast. Tables were missing sugar for hot drinks. Hot food trays needed to be topped-up more regularly. The supply of hot plates was not checked which resulted in delays.

Good value hotel in the Marina area, 15 minute walk into the centre and a great quiet location. Room was comfortable but tired looking in places, the wellness centre and bar more than make up for that though, great jacuzzi to support. Would recommend for the price and location.

The food was quite average and on one evening our dining experience was not the best (undercooked meat) and was returned. This was the only issue, but management were supportive in ensuring all was well concerning this, the meal refunded.

We enjoyed the slightly remote location and the size of the rooms. There is a good gym and a decent swimming pool with saunas and a jacuzzi tub. It's also a nice addition to have Starbucks downstairs and a Tesco around the corner.

The room was a bit shabby and one could clearly see that some renovation around the window frame was necessary. It was not an issue for us but contrasted with the overall modern feel of the hotel.

Very nice sports bar and there is also a restaurant but we did not use that as was not open when we arrived however, the sports bar serves very nice food and drinks. There is also a starbucks on site which is great for morning coffee etc. We did not eat breakfast in hotel restaurant.

Hotel room and stairways could do with a bit of attention with paint work and hotel room is cleaned v well by the staff but sofa and curtains and lamp shade were looking stained/ grubby so need to be updated/cleaned/ removed whatever ! Nothing to do with the cleaners its the hotel that needs to go round the rooms to see what needs removing/ updated to give a better impression of attention to cleanliness

The Room was very comfortable and spacious. The Spa facilities were great, and great value too. The self check-in is efficient and a sign of the times, and the staff on hand were friendly and approachable

I think, although buffet style breakfast is a great idea, the quality of the ingredients were a little lacking, and the continental element with bread & croissants would have been better with the additional complement of cheese & ham, and not just jam/marmalade

We loved the hotel, very comfy room, very clean. Exceptional staff all round. Judy, Sara and the team at the reception were A+. Our daughter had a great time over Xmas at the Village in Swansea. The pool was amazing and the facilities including the Sauna & Steam room were very clean. Great breakfast, nice pub, really comfy room. Parking was available. Quiet room with all the facilities. Overall in the top 3 of my stays booked via booking.com. All good.

There wasn't anything not to like !

Good breakfast however scrambled eggs were coagulated having spent too long on hot plate. Given the option of fried eggs but overcooked with hard yokes on both mornings. Would have preferred table service for fresh tea and coffee.

Very noisy Grill/Bar but nowhere to go for quiet meal. Miss the Restaurant. Smell in bathroom from drains, had to keep toilet lid shut. We have stayed here several times. Very convenient for picking up and dropping off our Grandson. We love the swimming pool too.

the bedrooms are very nice , clean and comfortable, lovely comfortable bed and bedding and a clean bathroom

we found the communal areas and fixtures and fittings a bit worn and dirty , the breakfast was ok but not great , greasy undercooked bacon , scammbled eggs with the whole yokes looking like eyes looking at you , people using the communal bar area can just walk up to the lift and access the bedrooms , most hotels need your room card to access the bedroom floors , there was a lot of drunk people downstairs and vomit on the floor

Comfortable accomodation, very good facilities and great location. The food and drinks were very good value and the three children in our group of nine were able to get free meals that they .Most of the staff were very friendly apart from those in the breakfast room!

The lack of clearing away plates, glasses etc in the bar area and breakfast room. There seemed to be a lack of staffing to make sure customers were not eating amongst debris. The staff were clearing tables for new customers only. For some reason the lift was being cleaned during departure time so walking down several flights of stairs was far from ideal!
