The location is excellent with easy access to drive to anywhere in the Cotswolds from. The room we had was very nice with a queen size bed which was great! 😏 We had a fridge in there to put our own stuff in, aircon, the bathroom was great with lovely shower, clean towels everyday! The rooms cleaned everyday was great as expected! The breakfast was excellent too! You self serve yourself to plenty of great food and drink! Overall, is a lovely hotel with some period features, clean and great facilities throughout! Good value in my opinion!

This wasn't really a major problem but on one occasion the speed of service in one of the hotel's restaurant/bar was so slow it it was embarrassing! Food ordered took over 1hr to come, and one of the dishes had ingredients missing so sent it back it wasn't nice, then the replacement took only 5mins to come considering we waited that long originally! What took over an hour the first time!!!!! But, must mention the manager really did make up for the error, he couldn't of done anymore, he refunded that dish, we had a dessert instead to replace that main as we didn't want anything else and that was amazingly delicious! Credit to the manager there as the young staff there we're too inexperienced to deal with any sort of problems they had!

The room was very nice, big and clean. Lovely decor and amazing view. The location is overall very nice. There's a big green space for walks and very nice seats available in the green area. The bar is lovely and food was really good. The restaurant was amazing, lovely decor and the food was really good. We also tried the breakfast and apart from the scrambled eggs which were a little bit watery/ tasteless, everything was absolutely good. We also had an amazing massage in the pavilion building and that was just perfect. Staff members are always nice Parking lot is very big and free Also the pool, gym and spa were spacious and very clean. Amazing experience we will definitely return

Scrambled eggs during breakfast were definitely not great. Watery and poor of taste, they tasted like the powder eggs. Also I wish the pool/spa facility would open early like the gym.

I recently stayed at Blonsdon House hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully located near Swindon, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to compliment the manager, Mr. Martin, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect.The kids enjoyed the playing ground, football field, and the tennis court. I would highly recommend Blonsdon House hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

The bathroom needs to be renewed, the towel heating rack was not working.

Room was lovely. Nice air conditioning and very comfortable. Had breakfast in the room one night and it was excellent. The food was excellent the following morning as well.

The lady that booked us in on reception. No idea of her name but she was a trainee. We both found her blunt to the point of being rude. So much so that on principle we didn't want to pay to charge our electric car and despite the lovely manager offering us a couple of free drinks in the bar if we ate there, we didn't want to. So we left and ate somewhere else. Due to her attitude you lost out on 2 evening meals, drinks and someone paying to charge their car. Sorry

The environment was great and the serenity was excellent. The staff are warm and friendly. We had our first breakfast served in the room; Great value for money. We had a nice walk along the healthy green field with an attractive landscape. The executive rooms were well-decorated and spacious too. If you don't want to visit the town center but stay in the hotel throughout your stay, you will be fine. There is a reasonable-sized Smart TV. We love the room furniture with a large comfy double bed. The patio is with solid mosaic table and chairs for our relaxation in the evening. We shall go there again.

Just a slight mistake, that can happen but not a big deal; No spare card to order for breakfast room service for the second morning and we had to call reception for milk to be supplied. This is not a big deal at all.

Stayed in the Pavilion in an executive family room and an executive twin room. Very comfy, spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast choice , friendly staff and fresh poached eggs no problem. Lovely outside seating area with small playground and large grassed area with children’s football goals. Our grandchildren could be easily watched whilst we enjoyed a cool drink.

Actually the CEO chatted to us. Hospitality staff hard to find in current climate so staff on duty very busy which led to plates piling up, delays in service of courses and queues at the bar. Staff were very pleasant despite these conditions.

Bar area was very nice and food was reasonably priced and tasty although usual pub fayre. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Our room although dated exactly as shown in pictures but was in good condition and every where in the hotel was immaculately clean. We were in the executive room which was in a separate building with a great view and balcony lots of rooms but it was very quiet we didn’t even hear a door bang. The bed was quite soft but I love that. There were lots of tea and coffee hot chocolate and lots of milk in fact the best I have had in any hotel. The staff were so friendly they all were very willing to go above and beyond I think they must be well looked after. Great facilities for children

Lovely pools . Perfect temperature. Really kind and attentive staff especially Bryony on reception and Angela and Sarah attending breakfast. Our first room was on the second floor with high windows. We requested a change and Bryony sorted it out quickly. Lovely room on first floor with great views.Beautfully kept gardens.

Deep step from the bathroom to bedroom. Huge dated chairs which took up so much space. The shower function was difficult to operate and switched randomly from bath to shower mode. Just a little dated which we don't mind as long as it works.

The pool facilities were great: there was a nice pool (good temperature), a sauna and steam room and a jacuzzi available, all were great and wasn't too crowded so you could enjoy them properly. The view from the jacuzzi is was so peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast was very good, good variety. The room was nice and comfortable and the whole vibe of the Hotel was very inviting and well designed. Staff were really nice and welcoming. We would come back as a couple again to relax!

Nothing in particular, might be a little expensive but worth it for what you get.

Good standards throughout the hotel. Very close to the M4. Our Executive double room was a great size but it was in the Pavillion Building separate to the main hotel (only 30 yards or so). Big bathroom with separate shower. Ground floor looking out to green space with patio furniture. Excellent spa facilities and gym modern gym. Also the bar area was well furnished with sofas and chairs to relax in after eating. Bar meals were also goid value. Would stay again
