My stay was truly pleasant. Kind staff members, the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel in England. The hotel is clean and warm. I loved the atmosphere. Good coffee and food. I enjoyed every single thing and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Would definitely stay again.

The price of coffee seemed ridiculously high. I think I paid 7,50£ for a coffee and I don't think it should be more than 5£. I don't think that I would buy it in the hotel if I stay again. I would choose to walk to the nearest coffee shop. Coffee was one of the best I have had, but 7,50£ seems way too much.

The car park is adjacent to the hotel with plenty of spaces, as a Blue Badge holder we found the disabled parking spaces were larger than regular spaces and were free to hotel guests. The reception area was very welcoming and clean, we were checked in by Jamie who was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area (we were seeing a show at the Wyvern Theatre later that evening which we were given directions to and informed it was only a 10 minute walk), Jamie is a real credit to the front office team and the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean in all areas, the bar staff are also very welcoming. Our room was very clean, the bed linen was crisp and fresh and the pillows were plump and comfortable and not the usual pancake you so often get at other hotel brands. I must congratulate the housekeeping team for high standards as our room was faultless (even then bedsheet had “hospital corners” and wasn’t thrown together like other hotels do). We found a small complimentary box of sweets and a voucher for a coffee to be used at the bar in our room which was a nice touch. Due to a medical condition, my wife feels the cold and a quick enquiry to reception (again Jamie) and a portable radiator was delivered to our room within 5 minutes. I can honestly say the value for money is exceptional and we will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

I cannot think of any negative comments regarding our stay.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice (and it was at a special offer price, lower than the one advertised on line, so that was even nicer!)

It was difficult to get to the hotel because of extensive roadworks. (Not the hotel's fault and hopefully temporary!) It was also very dark inside the hotel. When I woke up at 7.30am it was like the middle of the night or the end of the world. I eventually worked out that the windows were tinted. No idea why, I found it really odd and slightly unpleasant.

Cheap. £52 for two for a double room. Fri night mid Nov. Plus parking and breakfast. Staff were helpful, friendly, ⁷and professional. The meal in the bar was OK. Saved me having to do any research for somewhere to eat. My rating is based on price. We stayed here in May, and I would use it again. If I had wanted to pay more for a better hotel, I would have booked something else. If I had paid more, the rating would have been lower. A real armchair in the room. A shower cubicle instead of a bath.

The base of the shower screen was grubby/uncleanable and looked awful. We arrived at 1800 and the room was cold. The duvet was too thick, and I was hot once in bed. It's not unusual in hotels for duvet to be too thick for me, though. Only four little pots of milk with the tea and coffee, which was only enough for two cups. I went downstairs and was given extra from the bar. But for the price, I don't think any of that was an issue.

Everything about Leonardo Hotel Swindon met my expectations. the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was hygienic, the staff were accommodating and the breakfast was appetising. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is interested in staying Swindon to book into this hotel. It is worth the value for your money and I would use this hotel again in the future.

There is nothing in particular that I did not like about Leonardo Hotel Swindon. As I mentioned previously it ticked all the boxes of my expectations whilst staying here. Also it was very convenient to travel to from London.

Everything was perfect. Attentive staff. Spotlessly clean. Great value for money. The little touches like complementary coffee voucher in your room on arrival. Everything in the room and more like iron hairdryer Breakfast hot and cold choices and plenty of it . Comfortable and clean in all areas of the hotel. It won't disappoint if you book to stay here.

Maybe a fridge would of been a bonus. Unfortunately we were next to a staff only room and the door noise from early hours was a little noisy. Just luck of thr draw when your assigned a room I guess

The staff here are lovely. Very friendly, professional and welcoming with smiles on their faces. The man who checked us in was helpful with inputting my car info for parking payment and providing us with room keys. The lady who checked us out was equally helpful and informative. The rooms are very clean. Fresh, clean linen and a lovely little hand written welcome note. The bathroom was spotless (apart from a couple of chips in the tiling), with clean towels provided. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a good night's rest or just somewhere close to the town centre, this is the place to go!

The only thing is we did consider ordering room service food, but it was a little pricey for us.

Friendly staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Spacious room. Good lighting options. Lovely big windows and views from top floor. Good mirrors in room. Kettle in room. Lovely modern decor. Parking on site for £6. Room and hotel were lovely and warm but unable to adjust the air con so wouldn't suit everyone, I like my room warm though so this suited me.

Unfortunately the mattress (and pillows) was very uncomfortable and I struggled to get comfortable at all. There is parking on site but it's quite limited and although there is parking nearby that one closes at 11pm so wasn't an option for us, so we had to arrange a lift to/from the hotel to ensure we didn't lose our parking spot.

The room was lovely and very comfortable bed and great night sleep. The breakfast was very good with lots to choose from and very fresh food being brought through regularly. We loved staying there and will be back when we in Swindon again. thank you for a pleasant stay. We had a early checkin but as we arrived a lot earlier due to weather issues and they still opened the room for us to use before we had to go out for an event we were attending, that was very much appreciated. Thank you
