EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, STAFF MEMBERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL, KIND AND AMIABLE. FOOD WAS VERY GOOD, LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, COMFY ROOMS, AC WORKING EXCELLENTLY WELL. BEDS WELL WELL MADE AND COMFY. I HAVE USED MANY HOTELS, AS MY JOB MAKES ME DO REGULARLY. FOR SOME, YOU PAY A LOT AND GET SO LITTLE. BUT, FOR HOLIDAY INN WARRINGTON, THE STORY WAS DIFFERENT. YOU GET SUPERB VALUE FOR MONEY. I AM GOING BACK THRERE AGAIN AND AGIN AND AGAIN.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, SO THERE WAS NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE. I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. NICE FOOD, EXCELLENT LOCATION, FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST BUFFET IN AN ATMOSPHERE OF RESPECT AND CARE-CAN'T AS FOR MORE.

I loved pretty much everything about the property. it was clean, spacious, LOVELY!!!! bath & dog friendly. what more could you ask for really!? the staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, very lovely warm welcome when we arrived. the breakfast was stone cold, when they staff asked if we had a nice breakfast I explained it was freezing so we had left it, they realised they had a problem with their hot plates, they couldn’t be more apologetic and gave us a refund on our breakfast!

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Made the experience! Couldn't do enough to ensure a pleasant stay! Amazing.

Room was far too hot. Not really a reflection on the hotel or staff and possibly more to do with me not being able to work the heating/ac. Arrived early as stated in booking but hotel was unable to accommodate me and I had to wait until designated book in time. Again, not really a hotel issue, but, should maybe be pointed out at booking, there will be no chance of an early check-in.

The location is ideal for me as a halfway point from my home in central Scotland and my parents house in south London.

On this particular occasion there was a coach party of Irish school students who caused untold noise and disturbance to my stay. so much so that I didn’t have an evening meal in the restaurant because of kids running around unfettered. I had to have my dinner in my room to avoid this, I just wanted peace and quiet and that wasn’t to be on that evening.

I arrived late in the evening at the property, and once parked and made my way to reception, once the night porter came over and checked me in, it was a quick and easy process to get into the room. It wasn't far from the motorway.

It's quite clear from the hotel that the main reception areas have had a refit, to make it look cool and funky, but once through the doors to the lift, it seemed very dated almost older than god. The room facilities were quite dated, but functional.

My husband had been in a toad traffic accident and I needed somewhere to stay with my daughter near the hospital. The staff where so lovely, from the receptionist called Carol to the bar staff that served us our meal. Nothing was to much trouble. I have never stayed in a hotel before where all the staff are so fantastic, they all went above and beyond with their customer service. This was really welcomed in a very difficult time. Thankyou for making our stay a pleasant and comfortable one.

The room exceeded my expectations as it was large, warm and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good walk in shower. The bed was super comfortable and a choice of pillows was great. The staff were exemplary, chatty and polite and they really deserve a mention.

The breakfast was plentiful although limited vegetarian options, however it was fine - nothing spectacular, but adequate. The dinner was poor, was not cooked all the way through and was a tiny portion - I was still hungry when I finished. It was not cheap either.

Staff very friendly and helpful

The area, the amount of money paid. I paid the full amount and before we left, we were told that we did not pay. I showed the receipt that I paid but on their system it stated that we did not pay. Also the hotel withheld an amount of money for a just in case damages in the room. Found it strange after all that money we paid..

Tge room was large and the meal choice was excellent. You could have a meal from tge extensive menu any time during the day with room service available.The buffet breakfast was e xcellent. Staff were friendle,helpful and efficient. There were taxis booked by Receptio but the town centre was far away from the Hitel and tgere were no shops within walking distance.

Provide a keadlet on tge area about interesting places to visit and a map if the town. Havve a hitel minibus serbvice ti tge rown centre.

The staff at the restaurant were very helpful and although they looked busy they were happy to help. The room was clean but for a family of 4 was a bit small. Location was great for us.

The receptionist didn't mention about registering the car for the parking while I was sorting out my booking. I didn't notice the sign outside and in the reception area it's not obvious that you have to register your car on the small screen they have in front.
