Great Location right on Palmyra Square where, lovely modern & newly furnished hotel and rooms, room was very nicely decorated, with kitchen / self catering facilities if required, I didn't need them but everything you'd need was there. Modern bathroom / ensuite. Fully controllable heating system. Entrance to hotel and room via app which converts smart phone to a key - easy to use. I would definitely recommend and I have a work night out next month and will be staying again if I decide to stay overnight. Couldn't fault it to be honest.

No food available at this location but good cooking facilities are in the room. The rooms are fabulous and very well kitted out.

This is an un-staffed site. There are no keys / cards to access the property / rooms and you must rely on Bluetooth access through an app so keep your phone charged. There are a lot of locks to get through and some of them would not work with my android phone. Luckily I also also had an Apple phone which worked fine so beware. There is no clear guidance on how to set the app up and support is patchy so don’t leave this until you arrive. As it is a restored heritage property, the room was difficult to heat.

This property is outstanding… from booking to leaving the experience was exceptional! I had a problem with my card a few days before arrival and after calling ahead I was assured by Zach that he would keep an eye on the booking so that it did not cancel! Check in wasn’t until 3pm, however after calling to enquire about dropping off our bags I received a text to ask for a time of arrived so that my key couldn’t be activated to allow us to leave our bags in our room! The room was stunning and spotless!, the bed was really comfortable and the lovely touch of having The white company products in the bathroom was lush! Finally when we arrived home I realised I had left a dress in the wardrobe, a quick call that is always answered promptly and Zach was in touch with house keeping, two minutes later he let me know they had it and it would be posted back to me on Monday! We will definitely be coming back here to stay.. The location was amazing, having a lovely bar and grill just downstairs, a gorgeous Italian on the square and lovely cocktail bars all within minutes it was the perfect stay!

The room was well presented clean and tidy couldn't fault how our room was at all would absolutely revisit in the future Zak who had to assist us a couple time was super helpful only a call a way

There is only 2 bad points 1 of which isn't anything to do with the owner I had some trouble gaining access to the building via the app it would work every now and then more often than not I had too call Zak who was able to help right away and let me into the building the second bad point was for me and the wife is the bed was very uncomfortable as in the mattress was very hard for our liking so much so we did lose sleep

The room was tastefully decorated, spacious and looked exactly like the photo. Additionally, the location of the hotel is on point. Initially, I had to contact the hotel because of an issue with my booking (and some data/phone issues). I spoke with Zach, and he was helpful, patient and very professional and understanding. He made sure everything got sorted. Real top-class-service. I will definitely stay there again.

Just some instructions on operating the Climate Control as the radiator in the bathroom is on a separate switch.

We stayed in Suite 8 (Deluxe Apartment) - Everything about this property was beautiful. The design & colour of the interior in the hallway leading up to the rooms as well as the apartment itself is decorated so elegant. The panelled wall, the seating area, the bathroom design and colours in this room are so sleek and makes the property look very high end. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the room at all. The room had plenty of sockets and USB’s, a lovely range of lighting including an LED mirror in the bathroom. The bed was extremely large and very comfortable, and there’s a great range of things to watch on TV including Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc, with free Wi-Fi provided. The access to the building considering no reception or key cards was extremely easy. Communication with management was very fast, and we were provided advice on options of where to park around the area. There was an option for a later checkout of 2 hours for only £15 which is the cheapest I’ve ever known! We had such an amazing stay & will definitely be returning, cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Very new, clean, and quiet. The location is fantastic as it is in walking distance of just about anything you could want. The shower has great water pressure and is nice and hot. The room itself feels like a mini apartment and decorated very nicely. Overall, I love this hotel and will stay again. Shout out to the manager as he was very nice and helpful.

The door locks are primarily phone only. It does not work well with Samsung phones. Management will give a key fob if this should happen. The beds are very firm so not a lot of give.

My room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. I was on a cycle tour and only stayed one night. The location was central and quiet. Not sure if it would have been a problem if you had a car - the bike came up to the room with me.

This is not really a criticism, more of an observation. The decor in the room and in the access areas is interesting and well done but quite dark. Access was all digital and a bit fiddly. I didn't see anyone.

All round excellent hotel, I met Zach and he was lovely and very fast with communication before our arrival and check in with any questions that I had. The hotel room itself was fabulous and really clean and sleek. Nice, neutral, interior design. I would highly recommend. It is very close to either of the train stations in Warrington. We stayed because of a festival. The hotel price was much cheaper than other places and much much nicer. I would definitely stay here again.

Lack of facilities outside of room but this is to be expected for a Aparthotel Some cupboards opened to boiler etc, theses should probably be locked or sealed If I'm being picky the pillows could be improved
