Kathy our host was very welcoming and friendly. She was helpful and informative and didn't make a fuss at all at our slightly early arrival. The b and b is absolutely wonderful and feels very homely. The bedroom was clean and well equipped with an extremely comfy bed. I would definitely return here and recommend to everyone.

The b&b is only signposted with the house number. A little sign to signpost the Birch House B&B would go a long way for polite and cautious holidayers like ourselves.

Wow! The house is stunning and beautifully decorated, with an equally impressive garden. This was more like a stay in a high class boutique hotel. The room was attractive and restful, the bed was excellent and I wanted to take the bathroom home with me! The hosts have put a lot of thought into the comfort of their guests and it shows. Our host was flexible, smiley and welcoming. Wish we had stayed for more than one night. Excellent value for money.

Loction was approx 20-25 mins to beach and approx another 10-15 mins to harbour. breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from, although you did have to remember to order by 9pm the night before on the last day I changed my order but the request was overlooked and I did not like to remind her after the breakfast had already been cooked. However it was no big deal.

Nothing to dislike about this B&B, it was very comfortable and breakfast overlooking the beautiful garden was delightful. Will definitely stay again when next visiting relatives in Weymouth.

Breakfast was great and the standard of decor and facilities was excellent. A great base for exploring the local area. Kathy was very polite and efficient and an excellent hostess.

A personal preference, but a little more interaction with guests would have been the icing on the cake.

From the moment we got there til the day we left, Kathy has been amazing. We felt welcomed always with a smile, just an amazing experience. Very clean house decor is superb. Perfect location, very good on price, breakfast delicious. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a place to stay whilst visiting weymouth.

A cosy, stunning space filled with everything you could possibly need for a few days getaway. It’s compact but also airy and spacious. Felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was fantastic and cooked to order; plenty of well-thought-through food, and we enjoyed it in the very relaxed atmosphere. Would be happy to stay again.

Birch house is a gorgeous b&b with a super cozy and homey feel. The host was lovely and very flexible with our check-in time. Our room had everything you could have ask for and you can tell a lot of thought went into decorating it and preparing it for our stay. We got to pick our breakfast and it was prepared for us in the morning by our host Kathy. Everything was delicious and super fresh. The b&b is in a nice and calm neighbourhood with a store close by. We only stayed for one night but would definitelly come back.

Stunning BnB to stay in, room and ensuite we're lovely, stylish and well furnished. Kathy was great as a host, very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was plenty and delicious.

Chandeliers were a bit low for my personal taste - I'm over 6ft so bumped into them quite a lot.

This is the second time we have stayed at the B&B and it was just as good as thew first time. The hostess is lovely and cooks a mean Dorset full breakfast either normal or veggie. I stayed with my daughter and we shared a large twin bed room that had its own en suite and was very comfortable.

only thing I will critique was the wardrobe doors that were difficult to slide, but now I'm being very picky.

Birch House is set in an ideal location and the rooms are of a very high standard. Kathy is a wonderful and accommodating host. Breakfast was excellent and the choice was plentiful. Weymouth town centre is a pleasant 20 minute walk away, and we also walked to Lodmoor Country Park, which is well worth a visit on a nice day.

We couldn’t fault it in any way.
