The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent my only fault if I had one was the location it's a bit of a walk into town and they had limited parking we did manage to get a parking permit but had to park near the train station which was around 10/15min away parking in Weymouth is very expensive but the guest house on the whole was adequate for our last minute stay

It is a bit of a walk as my wife has difficulty walking and the parking is limited and expensive

Location close to beach. Breakfast, room upkeep good. Staff helpful especially Ola as saw him everyday at breakfast. Peter was amenable to comments and we will probably stay again good value but stairs would not suit less mobile, elderly in top floor room Overall we enjoyed Olivers, on suite next time and less stairs as we are in our Seventies.

We had a small room accessed with windy stairs at top with shared bathroom Shower was cold on a couple of occasions Ola helped with suitcase climb up stairs on arrival and departure which was helpful for my back grateful to him

The room had opening front bay windows and a side window which made it very bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable, TV and tea coffee. The breakfast was excellent.

It was unnerving to hear that my payment money would be taken the week before and if the transaction hadn’t gone through then the booking would automatically be cancelled and that this was in the contract agreement that no one ever reads ! I wandered if I would have been informed. Also I was shocked to hear that when I called to say I would arrive late I was initially told I wouldn’t have access ! The matter was resolved with a key left in a safe place for me which I really appreciated but also expected to have access at all times given the unforeseen circumstances and the room was payed for.

Nice and clean. Rooms got checked daily for fresh towels and condiments were topped up daily.

This was no fault of the b&b, I should have said needed a lower level room as the room we were in was the very top and stairs were steep for my elderly mother. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Altho our room was on the 2nd floor it was clean & cosy, also liked the welcome when we arrived and the breakfast was lovely too.

Being on the 2nd floor really,we struggled to get up to our room sometimes, would have preferred a ground floor room ideally but there wasn't any avaliable....

clean and tidy, hosts were very warm and welcoming even helping me cure my cough with traditional home made remedy, relaxed atmosphere, full English breakfast each day, attentive when I asked for extra blanket

I loved the place the only thing that might help improve would be to change a plug socket to have USB charger on it but we took our own but would have been handy

Peter was lovely and made us very welcome. Always made sure we had enough tea and coffee etc. Breakfast was lovely and especially liked the tea that he made at breakfast with the tea leaves. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was no parking but he gave us a permit to stay in the Swannery car park which wasn't far away. We would definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but would recommend the offer of jam or marmalade for our toast.

The breakfast was amazing. Plentiful and freshly cooked. My favourite Earl Grey tea was available. It was a very short walk to the seafront so I could swim each morning before breakfast. Nice hot shower.

Bathroom a little small. Could be awkward for a larger person. Parking a bit of an issue but I got a weekend parking ticket at the railway station which was quite reasonable and only a short walk to the hotel.
