We only needed a bed for the night so did not have the breakfast, but the Bell is situated in the heart of Woburn, a village full of eateries and pubs. Comfortable bed, and a good size room. We enjoyed a drink in the Woburn Mosaic, a fabulous find! and had a delicious meal at the Woburn Thai. Very near Milton Keynes, lots to do in the area, a stones thrown away from Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Abbey. Very well priced, will stay again.

Please put bath mats in the bathroom, not available on reception.

With so many ' all the same' places to stay, it was so good to find a place that retained much of its original character and individuality. Check in was an adventure, but a fun one, as the pub ( and some of the rooms) are on one side of the road, and reception is on the other. ( two separate buildings). Staff handled my confusion with humour and a smile. The pub serves great beers and ciders. The restaurant has helpful staff and a varied menu which is extremely good value. I was able to book inclusive of breakfast at a very good rate. The breakfast is outstanding both in quantity, choice and quality. Particular mention must be given to Mick for his customer service skills and conversation. So good to meet a person who really cares about his customers. If you to stay, make sure he is on duty - he has a heart for people - and it shows. Also - an abundance of free car parking and some on-street space too.

Nothing at all. I will certainly be returning when next 'down south'.

One word kept coming up in our conversations about our weekend away, and that word was lovely. The village of Woburn is lovely. The Bell Hotel and Inn from the outside are lovely. On the inside, lovely. The staff? Absolutely LOVELY! We were given a warm welcome at reception and enjoyed a superb breakfast at the restaurant before we headed out for the day. Carol was on duty that morning. Guess what? She was lovely. We were using the hotel as a base for our weekend at Silverstone and it was a good choice. Its about 30 minutes drive to the track or 20 minutes to the park and ride at MK Station. The rooms were fine and had a certain charm about them. It's not a 5 star hotel and its an old building. It's clean and comfortable and has good parking. We enjoyed 3 superb breakfasts and 2 evening meals in the Inn and every single member of staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was great. Special mentions to Monique, Mel, Carol, Hannah, Josh and The Lovely Lady with the dark hair and glasses (we never got her name). You all made our weekend, thank you. Good luck with the new arrival Mel, I'm sure they will be lovely!!

It is a fabulous hotel and helpful and friendly staff, decorated to a high standard with plenty of restaurants within walking distance,the hotel was quiet and comfortable with there own pub opposite and plenty of parking

It was more expensive booking through Booking .com I booked direct the following week and it was £30 per night cheaper> no other issues

The hotel was clean. The staff were attendant to your needs. It's run by Mandy, and she's a credit to Green King brewery. If I'm ever in this area again, I will stay here again.

There is nothing to not like about this hotel It has a pub run by the same team across the road, which could be seen as a downside to some. There is no lift as it's an old building, but there are rooms on the ground floor.

The breakfast was brilliant apart from only having hot water in flask to make tea 🙁 Room was lovely but in need of refurb. Great location in a lovely village - walking distance to watch the deer at Woburn Abbey.

Flask of hot water for making tea at breakfast - tea should be maked with boiling water not luke warm water Room need refurb paid for a superior room - a bottle of water would have been nice and toiletries other than a locked on hook liquid soap.

Nice, traditional coaching inn with original features. Sleigh bed, very comfortable. Roll top bath. Above a gorgeous pub with such friendly staff and delicious food. Woburn is a beautiful village.

There are 2 parts of the hotel … Above the pub and across the street directly opposite. Our room was above the pub and you could hear the music quite loudly. We’ll definitely stay again but request a room across the street 😁

Staff were great , good food , great breakfast, plenty of parking, comfortable clean room in really old quaint little pub/Inn. Lovely little town on door step of safari Park, (short drive).

Nice pub and beer garden, good value for money food Nice menu, don't expect Gordon Ramsey. Massive Full English, and continental breakfast, all the staff were really nice 👌.

The staff were all great very friendly. The room was small and the bathroom was very small. The decoration of the room and bathroom wasn't great, the bathroom could do with updating

The soundproofing between floors isn't great. We could hear the people moving about a lot, above us and this was very disturbing in the morning

I loved the mixture of new layout merged with the old architecture. it is perfectly located for a short drive or 2 mile walk to woburn abbey and is well within driving distance of some great locations from Harry Potter studios etc the room was comfortable and had everything needed and there is a comfortable lounge area to sit in if needed. the staff couldn’t be any more helpful if they tried, especially Mandy who was always polite, courteous, friendly and bubbly. she is a credit to the hotel and restaurant. great reasonably priced food cooked well and very very tasty

it can’t be helped but some of the rooms being next to the main through road gets a little noisy. the bed I had was hard which meant I couldn’t get comfortable but still got some sleep.
