Breakfast choice is limited and if you are watching your blood sugar levels steer clear of the granola. Off the scale! No buffet but freshly cooked to order. Evening menu has a good choice and is cooked to perfection with specials up on the board. It is a true pub and is very popular and lively. However it is well controlled because come closing time it becomes silent, including the large beer garden, so if you are staying in one of the rooms overlooking the garden you can get an uninterrupted nights sleep. Our room, twin bedded, was spotlessly clean with solid walls so other guests are not heard. The large en-suite bathroom was immaculate with over-bath shower. Lincoln city park and and ride, based in the Waitrose car park, is only ten miles away and the bus drops off and picks up next to the cathedral and castle in the city centre.

A dressing table with drawers would have been useful. Having to put items on the floor doesn't do it for us. Likewise in the bathroom a couple of shelves would have been useful.

Everything! This pub/hotel is such a pleasant place to eat, drink and stay. Lovely atmosphere, great friendly, attentive staff, aesthetically pleasing decor with fabulous garden seating area’s. Live music on certain days of the week. We have eaten in here a few times and every time the food has been excellent. Good selection of choice (dietary options also) and not overly priced. Food is cooked to order and not mass produced, lots of local produce . The kitchen area has a large window to the side where you can see all that is going on. Very well stocked bar with wide choice of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks too - beautiful gin glasses . Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Room was cosy, very comfy bed with plush towels, and quality toiletries in cute little hessian bags. Breakfast was amazing, they ask you to pre-order but this is understandable as once again everything is cooked to be served straight away and not mass produced and kept warm. The granola/yoghurt/fruit compote was absolutely delicious! My only wish is that we had a place like this near us !!

The Adam and Eve is a lovely pub with really nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely. We were greeted by Mia who couldn’t do enough for us. All of the staff were really good and we would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel as we were visiting Market Rasen races. Unless you are driving or have taxis booked well in advance I wouldn’t recommend staying here as there are very few taxis in the area and the ones there are we’re charging £100 each way for a 20 min journey.

Lovely location,close to where we needed to be. The staff were all really nice nothing was too much trouble. We had lunch and breakfast and both meals were excellent. The selection of drinks on the bar were brilliant especially the selection of non alcoholic options,it was so nice to be able to have a glass of non alcoholic wine. The room was also lovely, clean tidy and the added bonus of having a good smart tv to be able to watch a movie on an evening. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Nothing it is an exceptional business could not fault it,. Mattress was superb soft but comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast was included in the price and nothing to fault with that. Big bonus was it's dog friendly if ever we are this way again will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Adam and Eve. ,

It was a lovely bonus to have 'proper' coffee in the bedroom and fresh milk rather than the usual sachets of UHT. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Personally I would have preferred the chance to have cereal for breakfast as well as the cooked breakfast, and some marmalade or jam to go with the toast. The cooked breakfast only needed to be half the size.

This was a very reasonably priced room and I did not have high expectations. The room was very attractive (never had my own gun safe before) and the bathroom spotless. There were thoughtful touches- the toiletries were nicely presented. The dinner and breakfast were good. My son had a different room and also found it very good. I'd go back again- and probably will.

Beautiful welcoming country pub with bed and breakfast, the rooms are homely, modern comfy bed and we had everything we needed, staff are very friendly and Mia went the extra mile dropping us off at the racecourse when we couldn’t get a taxi, we was really well looked after and couldn’t be more grateful, the breakfast was also delicious :) x

I really liked the look and feel of the whole premises. The bedroom was fresh and clean and with a very modern on-suite bathroom. The staff on arrival were great, breakfast in the morning was prepared early on request and this was excellent.

I struggled to sleep due to the heat wave and amount of light in the room, also the bed was made with a winter Duvet.

good location in the centre of the village,spotlessly clean ,pleasant helpful staff and and a superb cooked breakfast.

Unfortunately because of lack of staff they were having to close the pub and the restaurant on a Monday and a Tuesday but keeping the b&b rooms open so there was no pub ambience on the Monday night we stayed or food available apart from breakfast.There was quite a good pub nearby and a number of takeaways
