The interior was fine, but the outside was very shabby. It all could do with revarnishing. Chairs where broken and loungers cleaned off. Little things that makes the difference. Did not know how to use the hot tub. The television was not tuned in . Having said this the owner came promptly to help us. The place really could do with a welcome pack, to tell people how to use the hot tub and the password for the wi fi

Beautiful location and great setting. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of wildlife.

Hot tub not working properly, kept throwing up errors. WiFi not working. No breakfast supplied as advertised.

We liked how peaceful the location was. The kitchen was really well equipped and the hosts were great. Everything was lovely and clean too. Add some optional screens for the decking and it would be perfect.

The only thing we personally struggled with was the lack of privacy between the lodges and the hot tubs. We believe our neighbours felt the same as they dashed back inside in their swimsuits when they saw us on our decking checking in. We luckily had a blanket in the boot of the car to makeshift us all some separation.

Absolutely stunning views, a perfect location and our Lodge was exceptional. We had the most relaxing time and the Hot Tub was an amazing added bonus. Would definitely return again and would definitely recommend.

It is well presented, clean and comfortable in a lovely quiet location with a great view over a fishing lake. Very peaceful and relaxing with lots of places to go walking

What a lovely place to stay. The facilitates,location,cleanliness & welcoming hosts were all amazing everything you would want and more. Asked for a birthday package for my partner and wasn’t disappointed. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend 😊

The seclusion and fishing lakes were excellent, the local farm shop had everything we needed for cooking breakfast or a bbq. Farm animals were a bonus and the ducks loved the leftover bread and toast.

noise levels of people staying in next door, but that’s out of the control of the property owners
