It was comfortable and clean. I loved that there was tea and things on the table and instructions about where things were, including the Internet password, which was a nice touch it was pretty quiet, so I got some sleep everyone seemed nice and I enjoyed my stay

The only thing I'd have to say I didn't like was the view outside my window it was just a tree and looked pretty dirty out there, and once I'd opened my window I couldn't close it and people started smoking out there but I'd say that's the only thing and that's not your fault it just happens

Delighted that my bathroom had a proper bathtub. Was able to relax in a nice warm bath in the morning :-) Made full use of the tea & coffee making facilities in my room Staff were very helpful in letting me arrive late at night after the reception desk had closed

The lighting in my room was a bit all-or-nothing...either a harsh overhead light, or two rather weak bedside lamps either side of the double bed. Some sort of side lamp at the table end of the room would have been helpful. The hotel was very well located, but the downside was that my ground floor room directly overlooked a main road, with consequent traffic noise and loss of privacy from passing pedestrians.

The property was within a great location, walking distance to the town centre. The staff were friendly and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean and fresh bedding and room cleaning is supplied every day of your stay. Great hotel to stay at, as we were stopping over for a wedding. lots of power sockets and a full length mirror. if I came back to Yeovil I would stay here again.

There can be a lot of noise from outside and traffic is going past all night.

I had a small double room with en suite. I booked for 1 night only so it was quite satisfactory. the room was very clean with tea & coffee provided. The only staff I saw were at reception when I checked in & out. I didn't go anywhere other than in my room so don't know what the rest of the hotel is like. I was on a very short visit to Yeovil which is why I cant comment on some of the questions.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, needs replacing. Such a pity because everything else was fine.

The situation is ideal within the town centre and the room was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Although the room was a double, the space was extremely confined. A pocket door to the bathroom would be preferable. I found navigating the exceptionally cramped as a solo guest. Two people would struggle.

We had stayed at the Terrace Lodge Hotel previously and that's why we decided to book with them again. We liked the location (close to the local shops and restaurants). The room was perfect for one night stay - decent size, with a comfy bed.

The hotel itself does not have a car park. Not a big deal, though - there's a car park within a couple of minuets walk.

One night stop to make the drive from Lowestoft in Suffolk to the beautiful days festival in Devon less of a slog the room was clean bed was comfortable .shower was hot .so for a one night stop it was ideal

The room was extremely hot couldnt really open window as it was a ground floor room .no car parking .but we found a overnight car park less than 300 yards away that was cheap as chips

Loved how spacious the room was. Facilities were great. Plugs next to bed. Accommodating for my asthma as they gave us a room on ground floor. Easy access to building and located in great area. This is my second time staying!

My Xoom payment should have processed faster on their end after it had already showed payment recieved on my Xoom statement 15 minutes after I sent it. Instead they say it wasn't recieved until next day. Money was taken from my bank same day.

the family room was a lot bigger than we were expecting and even with a cot aswell as the 2 beds there was still plenty of room for little one to run around, and it was a very simple room with no hazards to our daughter

the glass of the shower was a bit dirty and there was some stains scattered across the bedroom floor and the curtains didn’t cover the windows properly
