Best Western Plus Birmingham Inn & Suites

Beds were super comfortable. Night clerk Anita was amazing!

Rooms need repainting. Walls had cracks and water leak bubbles in the ceiling. Bathtub needs an overhaul..

The room was perfectly clean and stocked. The bed was very comfortable as well, and I appreciated the fact that the TV had lots of channels. The staff was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was just like pre-Covid days, so that was awesome. All in all, a great stay!

The only thing that could have been better was the curtains in the room. They were very sheer, and it felt uncomfortable to think that someone could see through them. The pool was right outside our room, and I could see guests below. I would recommend getting some thicker curtains for privacy!

Beautiful place very clean and quiet considering it was close to everything! Had to travel with mom for surgery was so peaceful the owner helped us by wheel chair into the room and helped with the air. His front desk staff checked on us and helped us the whole stay it was wonderful considering the trip was more work then fun. Looked and compared with local reviews this establishment was TOP NOTCH!

Friendly staff and the area was quiet. Sits on a hill overlooking 280.

Food is not as good as the BW Plus we stayed at in Arlington. Just something you need to know. If staying more than one night, you need to let front desk know, you’d like your room cleaned. Staff that cleans, cannot read the card on the door that ask them to clean the room. That’s what the front desk told me.

Everything was great! The lady and gentlemen at the front desk were awesome, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. The pool was chilly but we enjoyed the hour or so we were in it.

Only semi complaint was the water in the showers were crazy hot. Even on the coldest setting it was too hot for my toddler to shower in. The breakfast wasn’t great but we stuck to general options which were just fine for our short stay (bagels, muffins, cereal)

This Hotel was so very comfortable, It was in the right location for my trip, I had to be at the UAB hospital at 10:00am, we were able to eat and shop that was the best,they had a Whatabuger right down the way from the hotel and I love Whatabuger it was the best trip ever.

I liked everything about the hotel, the location was the greatest ever, thanks for making my stay comfortable, We did not eat the breakfast because I wanted to go to Whatabuger for breakfast, we will be coming back.

Everything was absolutely GREAT! The young lady who checked us in from the young man who was there Monday morning when we checked out was the ABSOLUTE BEST! They both greeted us and answered any questions I had with a smile. The room was clean and beds were so comfortable. Our Anniversary stay was Awesome!!

The bathroom door needs to be fixed! It makes an awful noise when trying to open/close it and the heating/cooling system makes too much noise. It wasn't unbearable but definitely need to be looked at. We didn't use it much and it didn't damper our stay.

The room had a great view and was the perfect amount of spacious. The shower water pressure was perfect! The air conditioning was very effective!

The pillows could have been more supportive. It would have been nice if the breakfast had lasted a little later but I am a late riser The shower curtain was too short and kept falling out of the tub

Facility looked like it was new and well cared for. The room was spacious, clean, and very well planned out for all amenities. It had blackout curtains which was very much appreciated too. The Bed was very comfortable.

We were on the second floor and at the farthest point from the Elevator. There was an exit door near our rooms, but it was a Fire Control Door that would sound an alarm if opened. It would have been nice if the door was accessible with a room key from inside or outside.

first room we were in the TV did not work. The front attendant moved us quickly to another room and personally went down to make sure everything was good.

It was not a problem but there is beginning to be a lot of wear showing in the rooms. Carpet raveling in places. Walls could use a new coat of paint. But this will not stop us from returning.
