it was clean, it smelled good, snd the location was very good for my purposes.

the breakfast was not good. there wasn’t any protein like scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. It only had things like cereal & waffles that are extremely high in carbs/sugar. being a diabetic, there was nothing that I could eat.

great value, clean rooms, very nice staff and indoor pool. on the reviews people complained about the tv not being in English. If they kept going through the channels, they would have found the English speaking channels. People also complained about not having room darkening shades. the room darkening shade was behind the sheer shade, all they needed to do was pull it down. all the complaints I saw on the reviews could have been problems fixed pretty quickly had those people just taken the time to ask the front desk. I highly recommend this place and will be back again.

i loved that this hotel is right off of 280 and convenient to so many places to eat. The staff were very nice and courteous.

The shower didn’t work, the water would continue to come from the faucet but when you tried to turn the shower part on, it would barely drip. The room that I stayed in was facing the front of the building and there was a bright light shining in my window all night. The window had a pull down shade but no curtains to close to keep the light out.

except for the beds I couldn't get in them. I had a step stool in my truck, so I had to go out to the truck at 2:45am and get the stool. I had literally climbed in the bed. I was in so much pain that I didn't want to get out of the bed. So I went out and got the stool. after I woke up to go to the bathroom.

Great new facility, wonderful location, comfortable with a lovely gym.

Staff was either very busy or disoriented to time and place of customers coming and going. They called me on the first day of a 2 day stay to ask why my things were still in the room. THEY, Turned my room key card off and when I returned later in the day and asked why, they said , we thought you left. But your things are still in the room. No apology, no reason given for mix up, just handed my key card back.

The rooms were nice, the front attendant at night time was super nice & helpful and the manager in the morning was a delight and breakfast had good options.

The pool was freezing, it felt like diving into a pool of hose water. Waiting to receive & return the towels for the pool was inconvenient.

The location is really weird. You can’t see the hotel from the main road, which is super busy so if you miss the turn, you have to pull some sketchy turns and wait a long time for the traffic to pass until you can drive back. It is near restaurants and shopping, but the lack of good signage to indicate the turn is unfortunate.

We had paid for breakfast and there was no milk at all so couldn’t have cereal and the only other options were yoghurt and waffles to make yourself which we don’t really like either of so we had nothing and had to go eleswhere for breakfast paying again.

The night I checked in I believe she said she was the manager or cleaning manager either way she had someone call in on her an when I say she was doing such an amazing job at running everything she was beyond friendly whatever her name is I didn't get it but look up the night I stayed when I checked in she needs a raise

The bed.

Elevator too slow. Pool space too tight and very small. Not many options for breakfast. The lighting in the room could be better. No vent/fan in the bathroom and lighting was poor. No other mirror besides in the bathroom. Pillows were to small.
