Edward (front desk) and Marisa (who answered the phone when I called before my stay) were extremely friendly & respectful. My room was very clean so major props to the cleaning crew. The location was nice & very close to Chick- fil-A (and other fast food). 12pm checkout time was nice and washer/dryers that I believe were free of charge. I came in contact with the front desk and housekeeping and everyone was SO nice and called me ma'am. Full size fridge/kitchenette. Large desk and good counter space with drawers & shelves.

The elevator was extremely warm and the halls seemed a bit gloomy. The first night the entire third floor hallway smelled like curry but that's no fault of the hotel, just rude people. The smell was stuck in my nose the first night.

Room cleanliness & cool

Room door was really hard to open. It was catching & needs repair. Pets allowed. Especially the aggressive type. We were barked at and if the dogs were not leashed, we may have been knocked to the floor, bitten & scratched. Injured badly. This occurred in the hallway not far from front desk. In future I will consider not staying at motels/hotels that welcome aggressive pets.

Breakfast unavailable because of coronavirus. everything was great. staff was very friendly and felt like the rooms were very clean and bacteria free. price is really nice and the atmosphere was ok

police presence is welcomed, however, they were very over-bearing and the amount of times they circled the place made us uneasy thinking there was a killer/robber on the loose or something of the sort

The hotel is nice and clean. The room is big and very equipped. We all slept comfortably and through the night. Nice, quiet place.

We needed a couple extra pillows that the front desk could not provide, and the elevator was old, slow, and kind of felt rickety.

Did not have breakfast. The entire staff was very accommodating, friendly, helpful. Large room and quiet surroundings. A/C very good. Enjoyed our stay.

Parking design and door entry could be more convenient.

Really the only thing I can say on the negative side, and this is super-teeny tiny minor: I couldn’t find the hair dryer, and it turned out to be stowed on the bottom shelf in the bathroom, out of sight-line.

The location was great.

The gym was closed. That was weird because all the gyms in the country are opened. I wish they would've updated this info on their web. We needed the gym big times. We had to be driving to the YMCA.

It was clean, quiet, and very nice

The lady at the front desk and my room was at the front desk and when I tried to use my keys they did not work so I went back to say something to her and she was gone it took me forever to get her back to the desk. Oh n the deposit

Nice and clean environment & the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

The pipe fell off the bathroom sink so ware went every where but the manager was very apologetic about the situation & made everything okay definitely good customer service.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. They had several small appliances/electronics to borrow, which was helpful.
