Molly was great unfortunately she wasn't there the whole time. The breakfast was great.

The pool, hot tub and gym was closed. My room was dirty up on arrival. Hair in the tub floor not clean and stains on the cover. Ask them to clean the room and was stated to me 3 times they did. But they DIDN'T! They finally tell me they are gone for the day and give me my own sheets to change. I rented 2 different rooms for a surgery I was having and one was exceptionally clean. I paid a lot of money for them to not clean my room. Molly was going to change our rooms but we didn't want to do that since we wouldn't be near my parents and would have to move everything. She was excellent staff!!

Excellent breakfast! Best hotel breakfast we've had in 6 states! Molly was fantastic!!! You are lucky to have her representing your hotel! The breakfast cook was wonderful, generous and so kind to us. Your hotel is clean, even though you are undergoing renovations. The beds and linens were luxurious and made us feel so welcome and pampered. Everywhere in this hotel smelled fresh and clean . This property is well- maintained inside and out.

Everything was exceptional!!!!

All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was exactly what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. There was a little bit of everything so everyone in our crew was satisfied. Finished off the morning with a swim. The 11 AM check out was great too!! Location was close to many great restaurants and the interstate. Would definitely stay here again if the need arose. Can't wait to see the place after the renovations.

Bathtub clogged but probably just needs to have the drain cleaned out. They still haven't brought back the evening cookie snack :)

Check in was flawless as Kaori gave information so sealessly and with that special touch that far too many forget. She really impressed us and began our stay (after 12 hours of driving) on a perfect note. My wife and I have worked in upper management with major resorts around the world and we both agreed that from the check in to the cleanliness to the peaceful nature of the property that we will 100% return to stay when in the area. The GM greeted us this morning and he is definitely a true hospitality professional. We chose the hotel to sleep and we walked away rested and impressed.

Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. It was also in a convenient location.

My only one complaint was it took for ever for our room to cool down which made it hard to sleep. Finally turned it to 66 and cooled off to finally doze off before having to get up to be at our destination at 8. It could have just been our unit or a weird situation where it had been fine before. It was late so we didnt ask anyone. I would still stay there again.

Molly at the front desk was THE BEST! We had an issue with our toilet and she came to our room to bring us new keys for another room and bedding for the pull out. She was super accommodating.

The chlorine in the pool was almost unbearable. The burning of our eyes contributed to our short stay at the pool and hot tub.

We arrived very late and the parking lot was full. The lady working the front desk moved her car up to allow us to park our car also. We have a large family and rarely have enough towels. The same lady brought us more towels to the room before we even got in it, without asking! With employees like her we will definitely stay there again.

Checking in was a breeze, thanks to Molly at the front desk. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great even though there wasn't pan cakes🤨 but rest easy future guest, the pancake machine is coming back😃

The whole staff was extremely nice but Molly was just awesome every time we walked by. She definitely made us feel welcomed

Clean rooms, nice staff, great breakfast.

Location was run down around the hotel. we didn't know what we were pulling into, but were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel and helpfulness of the staff. Pool was not heated.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was tucked away in a quiet location close to many restaurants. The staff was kind and courteous. Beds were comfortable.We will definitely stay here again.
