The property needs to do just a few repairs but minor like USB ports, and the shower rod was a little loose, but nothing major .

It was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and professional

My only complaint was that they dropped a surprise “in case we damage the room” charge of $40 upon arrival. They tried to convince me that all the hotels are doing this, and I countered that if that is standard practice then it should have been listed in the booking. I won’t know if they have refunded the money or not until 5 days, but beware that if you book your stay there, your actual hotel costs will be higher than what the reservation says.

Everything was pretty standard. There was a microwave and mini fridge which is not as common these days. Good tv. Nice Bed. Pretty Quiet. Pretty Safe. It's fine if you want a quick relaxing, inexpensive stay.

The facility is a bit dated. There is a $40 hold that you are told to keep your receipt for so that it will be refunded at checkout. Breakfast is very minimal. I assume it was scaled down due to limited guests. The selection: Apples, make-your-own-waffle, 2 cereals from a dispenser (one side was broken so really just one cereal), milk, orange juice, maybe 4-6 muffins and bread that you can toast. I didn't expect much but was surprised at how limited it was. no eggs, meat, or packaged pastries.

Large and quiet room and bathroom, all very neat and tidy, with microwave and fridge. An ice machine is also available downstairs and the staff are helpful. There is a Walmart just over a mile away but otherwise not many good options..There is ample parking but be aware that this is a three-level building and you may need to carry luggage upstairs.

No breakfast as advertised on the Booking.com app. This was the most expensive motel we stayed at on our trip, partly on the basis of the Booking.com app suggesting there was breakfast included (representing a substantial potential saving on food) but there was just the usual weak Airpot coffee in the lobby between 6am-9am, despite the existence of a large dining area downstairs. On the first morning, while I was considering this and trying to quietly have this coffee in the admittedly convenient lobby lounge area, the young male staff member at the nearby front desk was noisily talking on his phone (in Hindi?), watching videos (Hindi?) and generally acting bored. Wifi was also not sufficient for a smooth Zoom call.

besides some of the shady people hanging around the parking lot smoking and chilling by the lobby gate and this 1 brawl that started in the lobby and ended in the parking lot.

Great staff. Quiet. Surprised when I walked in the room because there was no odor… I say this because of the price. You get what you pay for and if you are paying less than $100 you might smell smoke or as if the room was smoked it. Definitely wasn’t a bad experience given the price.

I have no complaints. For the sake of this review I’d say getting an update for the furniture etc.

There was no breakfast this stay. The website says breakfast. We have stayed here before & there was breakfast. They did have coffee!

The hotel was comfortable, staff was nice

I got charged a deposit of 40.00, then when I looked over my bank statement I was charged for the room twice, in two different amounts one was for 100.00, then a second charge for 134.50, then the additional 40.00. I reached out to management they were very dismissive. If you go please make sure you look over your account the same day to make sure you have no additional charges.

The hotel was conveniently located. I was pleasantly surprised with the security efforts prohibiting entrance after 11pm. The staff was helpful. This is not a five star facility but suitable for an overnight stay. Much of the furnishing is dated and it is an older but clean establishment.

As soon as you walk in the front desk area smells like weed. It stink so bad! The stairwell was the same way! I’m just glad our room didn’t smell like it
