The property and room was clean. It was convenient to Baptist South hospital, which was the reason for my stay. The price was fair in today's market. I would stay there again if I was in the area. I appreciated the 24 hr. coffee in the lobby and the pantry area with food for sale.

The location is behind an abandoned gas station in a sort of run down area of town so it's not the most visually appealing. The divided highway in front did not have a crossing for the hotel so you might need to make a U-turn depending on the direction you want to go. Both of these things are beyond the control of the property though.

I loved everything about this hotel. Customer service was at an all time high. When something was asked you received it promptly. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The pool was the top of the hotel and you can swim up until 10PM. Safety precautions you had to have you key card to get into the second set of doors to enter into the hotel!!

Nothing was wrong with the hotel. The only thing that could be better is the snack that was given for the free breakfast. They give you a bag with bottle water, a juice and a breakfast bar.

It was close to attraction.

The lock on the door to bathroom wouldn’t lock. I reported it the hotel clerk first day. It was never repaired. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down. Microwave was old to the point that it looked dirty inside. Refrigerator had water on shelves inside that I had to dry up before putting my food inside.

Room was generally clean, comfortable beds and quality room supplies. Staff were friendly. Location was good for our business trip.

There was no breakfast, only a packet of small juice, coffee and an apple. We expected a good breakfast like the one we had when we were there in January, 2020. I wonder why they say online that breakfast is provided, yet they do not!

We had a king suite. It was large and comfortably furnished Everything was exceptionally clean. There was a problem with the elevator but it worked and parts had been ordered. We had our dog with us but that was no problem. We paid the pet fee of $25 and all was good.

Would have been nice to have a hot breakfast but we got a breakfast bag with a fruit bar, an apple, juice and bottled water. Also the neighborhood was a little sketchy looking but we had no problems as the parking lot was well lit and equipped with security cameras and exterior doors required a room key to enter.

It was comfortable and the price was very good .. and staff was pleasant and kind ..

It's not a breakfast included like the app said.. all they did was give me a brown paper bag with an apple that had brown spots on it and a small water and a juice box and a nutri-grain bar.. and they only gave me one bag and I had two children with me and they didn't even get a bag.. so this place is not a breakfast included place.... But other then that I had no other problems...

The staff was very nice and pleasant

The incident where someone went into my car and stole an item out. When the door was accidentally left, unlocked "By Me" a mistake. But overall The hotel is perfect and would stay again 👍

We didn't get to have any breakfast do yo sleeping in. The room was good. The water pressure in the shower was great! The hotel was better than I expected they had a little area where you can buy small foods that really worked out great cause we came in so late. The staff was friendly and responsive. Overall though it was a good stay and we would stay there again.

The only cons were: the elevator was delayed when pushing the buttons and the air conditioner didn't work extremely well.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The woman that checked us in was very friendly, and the lobby was welcoming.

When I was making the reservation for this trip, I specifically chose a hotel that offered breakfast. When we arrived, we were informed that they now only offered a breakfast bag. It contained an apple, a nutri-grain bar, a juice box and a small bottle of water. This was really disappointing.

location was perfect, quiet. I didn't have the breakfast, I was told it was a brown bag grab and go. The staff has extremely helpful and courteous. the room was clean, only disappointing factor was the pool was 'out of order' and that was one of the activities for the kids where I didn't have to spend more money. But overall a good place to stay.
