The breakfast was a bit poor. Had to wait for things to come out, it was never stocked fully

For the price this was a great place. The location was away from the road, and a short walk to the Chena River (and the beavers!) and Pioneer Park (open during the summer months). The breakfast had good selection. The hotel was also located well between the airport and downtown, and easy to reach a multitude of destinations. The bed was nice and comfortable.

I wish the pool and fitness room had been open during our stay. Sunday's local paper was provided, but I didn't see any of the other days as the website description suggested--a minor inconvenience, though. Our room had a adjoining door which could have been better insulated, from which we could hear the guests in the other room at times, but everyone respected quiet hours.

The room was very clean and in good condition. The pillows smelled fresh and didn't flatten out as we slept (very important to me). It was quiet and easy to sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was so warm. The fridge was a decent size for our cooler food. The laundry room was clean and the machines were new.

I like having the sink in the bathroom not as part of the bedroom. There were no local channels yet there were 5 channels of shopping with 3 being the same show. No weather channel so we had to trust our phone weather report to plan our day. There were no lamps on the nightstands so you had to walk across the room in the dark after you turned out the lights to go to sleep.

Location was very nice forested area. Good complementary breakfast, with hot food. Had lounge chair, but no table/chairs.

Heat was set permanently at 70 and that was not warm enough. Wasted lots of space in room by floor plan. Had long area with nothing from front sink (too high and hard to reach because of counter design), past bathroom door, then bed and tv. And required $200 damage deposit and after 4 days still waiting for it to be refunded....there was no damage!

Room was great, Breakfast was great. Location close to many Fairbanks sponsored activities. Elevator was out this trip, but nothing too greatly impacted by needing to use stairs. (Only 2 floors above Main Lobby)

Nothing! Staff was great and always aiming to help and/or help/please.

We called hotle and they arranged for us to be picked up at train station, The staff were so nice! We wanted to try to see Aurora from Hotel, so they loaned us a little lantern to go outside.

Everything was great.

It was located in a nice, quiet, out- of- the- way location. No traffic noise. Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. It only took a few minutes to walk a wooded path and cross a bridge over a stream, to get to Pioneer Park.

it was a little too far away to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. A taxi was necessary to go out for our meals.

All of the staff was friendly and proficient. My favorite was Tianna at the front desk. Every day she took the time to chat with me and make sure I was enjoying the stay and Fairbanks. The housekeeping staff was amazing too.

I wish we had known that the pool was not going to be open

whilel covid was restricting breakfast they were still generous in what we were given

no hot breakfast

I did love the location because I enjoy walks to help relax wherever I go. it was great to have a trail walk to the Chena River and Pioneer Park was easy excess-able.
