The location of the hotel was very conveniently located in the town of Flagstaff. It was right by a Wal Mart location, so anything that I needed during my trip was close by. It was also near various restaurants and gas stations. My event was at Fort Tuthill fairgrounds, which was also close by, so it made my stay very convenient. The breakfast bar was amazing! There were plenty of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, waffles, even a hot serving area with eggs and sausage.

I didn't try out all amenities offered at this hotel, so I don't really have much to say about anything else on the property. My room was clean and the food was good. I would say have more coffee on hand. But the staff prepared more as soon as it ran out, so that was handled well too.

Quiet location, not too far some really great restaurants downtown.

The breakfast buffet had some good food but not very well managed. I like eggs and sausage. I was able to get eggs but they were out of sausage. The eggs were scrambled so I asked for ketchup but they don't have any. Really? I went back to the buffet when the sausage was refilled but then there was no eggs. There *were* a lot of people there but this isn't the first time they've had a breakfast buffet. I've managed restaurants so I know they should have a better idea of what their needs are going to be and should plan better.

I love this hotel. I always book this hotel when I am in Flagstaff. I love their layout, the rooms are always nice and the staff so friendly and helpful.

This time they placed me in a room that was so noisy. The soda machine, an ice machine and an elevator was either leaning against the outside of the wall to my room. I kept hearing all this loud and soft whirring sound in my room. Plus, I think the hotel laundry room was below my room because I could smell it venting outside when I sent to my car. All this made it difficult to have a relaxing moment in that room. So I called the front desk and they had me move to the room next door away from the noise. But why did they place me in that room when the hotel was not even full? I had to move all my belongings that I had already unpacked and almost lost something very very important to me. I could have done without this hassle this one stay. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff

For whatever reason the reservation thru Booking was not accepted by La Quinta. I had to cancel the Booking reservation and La Quinta gave us a new reservation right then. Had to communicate with Booking that their reservation was not accepted by La Quinta and request refund. On the good side, LaQuinta communicated their cancellation to Booking and I received a follow up from Booking that a refund was going to be issued.

We were traveling with a pet and loved 2 items. 1. Floors were tile. Great for easy cleanup with an excitable pet. 2. Room was on the 1st floor for easy access for quick bathroom breaks.

The lamps contained 2 outlets each, but no wifi charger inputs. Only the clock had them and only 2. Most families these days would probably have need for at least 4 if not up to 8.

We liked that the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Also the AC was nice and cold.. our kids enjoyed the pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this motel, and will be staying there on our next trip! 🙂

The restroom didn't have a fan, after taking a shower it got really humid in there.. and the restroom door was sorta hard to close. 🫤

property was nice. I wasn’t happy that it was a cashless business. I needed to change a large bill and could not do so. so the delivery person did not get a tip. I also think that there were too many people down for breakfast at a time. very difficult to get food without having to wait in long lines.

Front desk staff were excellent with my check in and provided thorough overview of the property, pet rules, etc. Excellent location in Flagstaff right off I-17. If you don't want hotel breakfast there is a breakfast restaurant across the street from the hotel which has a good selection. Overall a good stay.

The pool was nice and clean because it appears they clean it around mid day every day. The room was comfortable and had nice vinyl flooring instead of carpet. They are pet friendly, which was important on this particular outing.

The outdoor furniture in the courtyard and pool area is quite warn and should be replaced.

The front desk receptionist (Oga) was exceptional. Our door key lock didnt work. She changed the batteries and it still didn't work. She rekeyed and it still didn't work. Meanwhile she is running up and down (as are we) trying to remedy our situation while working the front desk. She managed to get us into another room and saved your hotel from a bad review to a good one.

Door lock / room key system did not work on our door. They tried everything and we had to move rooms.
