Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff

Liked Breakfast and Happy Hour. Food was really good and with many choices. The Bar also worked out very well when it came to the Happy Hour. The room we stayed definitely met our expectations. We would definitely recommend staying at the Drury Inn and we would also stay there again. Overall we had a really good stay.

We were not aware that the Drury Inn was a Green Building. My wife and I were looking to raise the thermostat up to 75 degrees. It wasn't until the day we were checking out that we were told that the Drury Inn was a Green Building and that the thermostat was controlled to go no higher than 74 degrees. It would have been nice to know that in advance.

Great room, clean, comfy, bath sink slow drain was fixed right away. Cleaning service provided extra towels when requested. Trash was removed moments after request to empty. Service wanted to do more but we were only there 3 nights and we are always finding ways to help protect our environment.

Toilet worked well but large for the space available in bathroom. (We have Toto for 8 yrs which is smaller and amazing - never had a problem.) Breakfast/Dinner was not as good as other Drury Inns I've been to in last 5 years - before the pandemic, which I'm sure has had an effect. Less selections, and quality for some items.

First of all, this was during my son's wedding. We had rented an Airbnb for the week, but they detected multiple gas leaks and told us we needed to find a new place to stay. Since we had enjoyed our stays at Drury in the past, it was my first call and you were able to accommodate us. The thing we always enjoy about Drury is that breakfast choices are vast and there is a yummy "happy hour" that is also super helpful. The rooms are always in good condition, staff helpful and the location is perfect.

I always wish that there was an outdoor pool, but because of the location I can understand why there isn't. I wasn't too impressed with the guest laundry facility as only 1 machine was working, but it got the job done. :)

We loved our stay! The amenities were great, free hot breakfast had good and plentiful options, nice large seating area for everyone. We also love the kickback happy hour, the lady serving the (free!) drinks was amazing and had hefty food, pretty much dinner worthy. It was chilly on our stay so we loved the skywalk to the including parking garage to stay warm and dry. Free popcorn was a nice touch! We had a king suite w terrace and loved it. Beautiful view of the flagstaff mountain area, and the room was spacious and comfy. Would highly reccomend and hope to stay here again in the future!

We only stayed one night, ha! wish we had more time!

The suite was very spacious.had everything we needed.the free breakfast was great and the free happy hour was a great bonus...it was very pet friendly which is exactly what we needed...the location was great..we were on the second floor which had a walkway straight to the parking garage so convenient and easy to get the dogs outside quickly

I wish there was a pet area outside...had to walk across the street to find some grass and an area for the pets..also couldn't find a garbage can outside ...a pet area with bags and a can would have been great

The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside! The staff was so welcoming and made us feel taken care of. The bed was THE most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. This was our first time in a Drury hotel and it will definitely not be our last!! I have already started looking at places we have planned to go to find Drury hotels in those places! I am now a lifelong customer! Keep it up Drury!!!

Nothing everything was great!

The staff were lovely, always helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were a welcome value. The facilities were nice. We enjoyed staying there.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This was awkward for our group. Smart TVs would be a very welcome addition. After visiting, I feel it was a bit overpriced. Perhaps this is due to us visiting for the Independence Day weekend. Overall, it was a good stay.

Breakfast was a complete surprise, first stay with Drury. However it was the same each day. Suggest a little variety?

After all the advertising and emails sent to me from Drury about having their popcorn back and I was so eager to have, there was none. Upon arrival on Friday, The front desk guy said at 2:30 pm, we just haven’t made it yet. At 4 pm, I saw the popcorn and oil bottle and was told they would be making it soon. When we returned at 6:30, there was still none. Next day nothing and I inquired and was told their machine hadn’t been working since Wednesday and that was on Saturday.

love the meals, was with a 6 year old, so great that they can eat as little as they want ( the full buffet was overwhelming ) but we could take up a hot dog for later.

The bed was a little soft, rolled into the other person. Was with my husband so not so bad but if with a friend it could be uncomfortable and awkward. Also took a LONG time for water to warm up in shower. I felt like a lot of water was wasted...

Ricky (and the whole staff) was amazing at making guests feel welcome and keeping us informed of everything going on! The kickback time was awesome, the bartender was very friendly, the food was great, and the popcorn machine was a fantastic bonus! Our kids were Ricky’s little fan club and they got so excited every time they saw him. He was so sweet with them!

The indoor pool water was very cold but our kids ended up enjoying it anyway.
