Seriously, everything. Location is smack in the middle of all the downtown shops and eateries. Everything within walking distance. The hotel had complimentary bottled water and coffee available for the guests at any time. They also had a washer/dryer and laundry soap available for guest use. Every member of the staff was so friendly, accommodating and professional. My husband and I stayed here the night before and night of our wedding (also in Jerome). The staff took every step possible to make sure we weren’t just taken care of, but felt special…and we absolutely did. We stayed in Spooks, Ghosts & Goblins - this room was perfection. Not a spot of dirt or dust, everything was new, fresh and clean. The way the room and the rest of the hotel were decorated was so cool - very Jerome vibe. This room was perfect for my 2 bridesmaids and I to get dressed for the wedding. My gals and I ordered some breakfast from the restaurant below and Mike and another member of his staff personally delivered it to our room. Do not pass up the Avocado Toast and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes 🤤. Our small wedding party dined at the restaurant after our ceremony and the service was beyond great. Antoine was our server and his service was on point. I worked in fine dining for many years and it’s been a long, long time since I’ve seen service this well executed. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. They made our day very special and we are grateful. We will return over and over.

Maybe a mini fridge in the rooms that have the space for it?

We booked the Clinkscale for a one night stay on our travel from Vegas to L.A. and didn't expect much. The Hotel - especially the whole Team - exceeded our expectation by far! Paul and his team are outstanding! Very friendly and professional, in terms of hospitality the best experience we had on our 6 weeks U.S. trip! The Hotel room is very clean (thank god the one and only Hotel without carpet!) and stylish. We had dinner and breakfast in the Restaurant and would definitely give 12 out of 10 points if we could. Food and its presentation is outstanding! Whenever we'll have a chance to come back, we definitely will!

Unfortunately, it was very noisy since they cleaned their Restaurant in that particular night we stayed with a high pressure cleaner. The machine was placed on the parking space directly under our hotel room window and run several hours until almost midnight and it was impossible to get some sleep until then. I guess we just have been unlucky.

We stayed at the Clinkscale for 2 nights. We were able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here at the hotel and it's definitely the best restaurant in town! Great service, awesome food. We stayed in the Victorian Rose room. It's classy, clean & well appointed with a panoramic view.

A balcony would have made this room perfect. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the rooms. My elderly mother didn't appreciate this. But then again Jerome is made up of hills & stairs.

Like going back in time. Really cool vibes, everyone in town friendly and down to earth. Great place to relax with a couple drinks.

Going up and down the stairs to the room. But I am not going to complain, because it’s part of the whole deal. Get ready to walk and climb steps when in Jerome. Our one wish was for a view, and we had a window looking at the wall next door, that was a bummer, but didn’t ruin our time at all.

We were greeted at the door with friendly staff!! Explained everything we needed to know about our stay at the hotel. Went down for dinner after getting checked in. The food was excellent. Also went down for breakfast which was equally delicious. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Will definitely go back!!

The Clinkscale is such a wonderful and unique setup. It's a hotel, bar and restaurant. The service at each of these entities was impeccable. From check-in to cocktails and then dinner, I just can't say enough about what a wonderful experience the Clinkscale was. The young lady who checked us in was also waiting tables and seating people in the bar/restaurant. She was hustling like nobody's business. Joe the bartender with his special homemade cinnamon whiskey, was a delight as he filled us in on some of the darker history of Jerome. Then there was Savanna, our waitress at dinner. She was so down to earth and went out of her way to make our dining experience a complete joy. The mussels and the filette mignon were outstanding and the tomato soup was the bomb. The burger was a little tough but had really great flavor. All in all, from start to finish, I highly recommend The Clinkscale!

The room was nice with a great view. Their restaurant downstairs is excellent, with food and service to match. They have a great breakfast menu and my wife loved the lemon ricotta pancakes (I did too) and I loved the beignets (she did too), both were really excellent. We also had dinner there and had excellent filet mignons although next time I'd ask for less salt/pepper coating, it was a bit heavy for us both but a bit of judicious scraping and all good. The filet was melt-in-your-mouth tender though and the mashed potatoes were very good too.

The only thing that took us a bit by surprise was the detached bathroom (ours was the Lariat and Lace room, the only room with a detached bathroom) but it was really not that big a deal and was only two/three steps down the hall, very private and very nice itself.

Mike, truly a gem, is so very helpful for us. Helped us with our luggage. Dinner and breakfast was delicious with a beautiful presentation. Truly enjoyed the stay & would return again.

The Clinkscale was a pleasant stay that exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until when we left. It's the perfect place for a couple looking for a weekend getaway. The hotel is absolutely charming and didn't feel eerie at all despite the history. The bar and grill had outstanding service, food, and drinks where we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. We plan to return every year!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Clinkscale. Check-in was a breeze, the room was great with incredible views into the valley, the location in town was perfect for exploring Jerome, the restaurant food was 5 stars with impeccable service (we had 3 out of our 5 meals during our stay there), and lastly, Michael the hotel/restaurant manager was very friendly, helpful and accommodating - we will definitely be returning. :)

Only two minor things- it was a slight bummer there wasn't a mini-fridge in the rooms and our shower was small which wasn't a big deal (it was still modern/beautifully tiled) but when you went to switch on water - due to where shower head was positioned it was almost impossible not have some water pour out onto floor, even when shutting door quickly to let water heat up.
