Comfort, price we're very good. The bed and shower were great. The AC was running and cool when we entered room. Very nice since it was almost 100 degrees when we arrived.

Dead bugs of some sort in the bathroom. Made me wonder a bit if the carpet was vacuumed. No outlet to plug the coffee maker at except the bathroom, floor or night stand. I was just coming from a medical procedure and needed rest badly so I didn't want to take the the time to request housekeeping. Also, had no elevator, would of requested 1st floor otherwise.

The room was clean. Didn't get to go to the pool. Bed was comfortable.

I could not use the coffee pot as the outlets were covered where it was sitting. If I wanted a cup of coffee, I would have had to plug it in the restroom. The outlets need to be updated. Someone next door had music blasting until late into the night!! Security should have been around to have them turn it down. I didn't want to call because I didn't want to be targeted.

Went with my children and the casino had a place called kid quest where they can play while you go play :) they also have bowling it was a fun time!

The security kept following us because we had kids. Didn’t feel comfortable and we just ended up leaving the next day! This one guy tried saying my kid was touching the machine but was not at all he was behind me the whole time!

We love staying at the Lodge. It's very convenient and you always give us great deals.

The only bad thing I can say about the Lodge is that the bathtub needs to be cleaned more and most is the floor. Someone should take the time and shampoo the carpet. If you guys dont want to do that then I suggest putting in new carpet. Other than that I really don't have any complaints. I definitely would recommend staying at Cliff Castle Lodge.

Loved how comfortable the bed was. Attended the Smokey Robinson concert and it was held outside. AZ weather was beautiful and full moon was amazing! People were pleasant and friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had great luck at the casino. Great staycation for husband and I. Also visited the Montezuma Castle which was very close in location to the casino.

I didn't like that restaurants in the casino closed early on Friday and Saturday night. Arrived to Cliff Castle casino at 10pm and couldn't find anywhere decent to eat. Went to Sonic and not impressed with the food. Very disappointed.

Large Rooms with a patio. TV did have HBO and full cable access. Plenty of clean towels etc. in the bathrooms.

Beds were very firm (not to my liking, medium would have been better). It was a little dated and carpets had stains. There was no mini fridge or microwave. You had to check in at the Casino hotel on top of the hill, there wasn't anything open in the Lodge lobby .

The room was very clean, temperature was good. It is an older facility compared to the hotel. The lodge has rooms on two levels (sort of like older motels) which is different from the newer hotel, where to casino is. You have to check in at the hotel and then drive down the hill to the lodge. There was a shuttle that was free and quickly available to transport me back and forth between the lodge/hotel/pavillion. Bed was comfortable, shower was strong and temperature was good. There was a sliding door for a terrace, but the door was really hard to move.

The rooms in the lodge could use a revamp but they were clean and functional.

Going out back door to pool area and it being open until 11pm. It was quiet and no casino traffic or noise.

The mattress in the double queen room was uncomfortable and maybe worn out. We both woke up having back pain and soreness. Also I had to plug in the coffee pot either on the floor by ac unit or bathroom was the only plug in I found available.

The A/C could have worked better! The casino..... the arcade was terrible, at least a third of the games were broken and we could not get our money back for buying a video game card. Instead manager told us the card was good for next time..... there will not be a next time, so some lucky kid got a$60 card for the games, since we left. Hope he found a game he liked that worked!

I like staying in lodge because it's away from casino. Also rooms are pretty big. Also if you have kids with you. There's a patio where your kids can go out to play and not stuck in room. Also love outside pool.

The lodge needs knew beds also need microwave and mini fridge.
