The room was spacious and the linens and pillows were lovely. The bathroom had plenty of room to put cosmetics etc. The shower was large and tiled in nice tile. The room also had an eating area and a writing desk. We have traveled extensively and this room was one of the nicest ever. It even had a white noise machine which we bought when we came home. Many places for excellent dining nearby. ❤️

The only negatives were the toilet was extremely short and there were no safety bars in the shower. My husband and I are over 70 and felt the room could have been a bit safer for the elderly.

The location is in the Old Town district and has a super cute street lined with neat shops and restaurants. The hotel has great free parking in the back or front. The room is incredible! Super clean and styled beautifully! You get free bottles of water too! There is a cool fire pit out front with comfy chairs. The restaurant next door has a cool modern yet rustic vibe that is a great place for dinner, an app or just a cocktail (1 free if you book directly). Breakfast is at Crema across the street. You can get a free continental breakfast or $5 off any menu item. I didn’t get the continental one because the other items looked sooooo yummy! Staff at the hotel and Crema are super friendly too!

I kept having issues with my room keys (they just stopped working 2x!). The front desk staff were very helpful with fixing it.

Nice and comfortable room, nicely decorated with original details, we got upgraded to a suite which had a desk, table and stools and a sofa. the bed was great, good bathroom. you get a free continental breakfast across the street but thats just a coffee or juice and a pastry so you end up ordering from the breakfast menu with 5 dollar discount, which is fine. it's small and it was quite crowded so many people had to come back later; we got lucky and immediately got a table around 9 am. Food was very good, and so was the coffee!

the weather... we had rain, rain and more rain... but that's not the property's fault;)

Great location and easy access to old town's main street. Enjoyed breakfast and the balcony for the warm sun. Clean and cozy new rooms with upgraded amenities.

Noisy neighbors in a room near us, smoking weed with their sliding door open until well into the night. We had to leave the balcony and close our own door. The dumpsters being emptied at 330am Saturday morning, right outside the hotel's front door, was an early wakeup call. Ask for a room on the other side of the hotel to avoid noise from the main street/dumpster in the back of The Tavern Grille.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff's very hospitable and polite. Our first floor room was very spacious, clean and comfy. Shower had great water pressure. Some good choices for food nearby, including the breakfast place they partner with.

We were on the first floor and could hear much of the foot traffic on the second floor. So I would recommend staying on the top floor if you have a choice.

The room was clean and comfortable. Included extra amenities like a sound machine, good shower pressure and comfortable bed. Hotel is conveniently located at the heart of cottonwood making walking easy.

Unfortunately the rooms are not very sound proof and we were located right next to an entry door so we heard in and out traffic all day/night. For the price I do expect a more quiet environment where you cannot hear everything from inside of your room.

the breakfast at a nearby restaurant was very good. The coupons we were given were good for $5 off for each person. The central location of the hotel made it possible to walk to some very nice nearby restaurants for dinner as well. The room was clean and well stocked . Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was nice to have a small balcony.

No safety bars in the bathroom shower. There was a mat for the floor. As a senior, I think there should be grab bars in every bathroom. Slipping is a hazard at any age, but balance issues are more likely for senior populations. It seemed as if the majority of people we met while there were also seniors. I am surprized that the hotel's risk management team hasn't spotted this. Also, lighting for makeup application is poor, as it is in most hotels.

The property is beautiful, clean, and in the center of Cottonwood. The property boasts a classy modern rustic clean decor with little finishes everywhere that really add to the appeal.

We liked everything about the property. The front desk guys that were they were helpful and accommodating as well, but one of them really could have used some deodorant. I wouldn’t normally mention this, but it was a strong odor.

This property is soooooo beautiful! Loved the location too, walking distance to everything in Cottonwood which makes enjoying this town so perfect! The staff were super friendly!

We were a little surprised that the included breakfast was only a pastry and coffee or a 5USD voucher per person for a cafe across the street. The cafe chosen was so lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and coffee we got there, was just surprised with this set-up.

Breakfast at La Crema was excellent! Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Decor was darling. Sitting areas and pool at the hotel were very relaxing.

Everything was excellent. Just wish we had one or two more nights to take advantage.
