The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub looked great, but I did not try them out. My only criticism is that the included breakfast could be improved by adding to their hot dish offerings. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy both days that I stayed there. I would have liked bacon or a hot potato dish at least one day. The biscuits were ice cold, however they did have coffee, juice, muffins, fresh fruit and yogurt. I would stay here again.

Everything was ok, and I would stay here again. My only suggesting for improvement is to include more hot dishes in the breakfast and maybe have heated biscuits to go with the gravy.

Didn't have chance to enjoy breakfast due to little sleep bcuz of 2 men in next room having very loud, angry conversation. Had adjoining door so sounded like they were in the room with us.

Our neighbors in 117 were very loud & very agitated with a recent girlfriend incident & something at work. Lots of 🤬 words flying & seemed drunk. Had to turn up volume on TV. This was scary & lasted from 10:30 to 2am. Too afraid to snitch that they may have retaliated. Next morning saw them in parking area & they nodded good day. Don't think they knew their voices sounded like they were in room with us.

I was really impressed with the staff. We had reserved a deluxe double queen room for hitch was better for 4 adults. However, there were plumbing issues and we had to be moved. Actually better because we were downstairs and all of us are elderly. However, we were moved to a regular double queen room which was not as spacious but still very comfortable. The staff were absolutely great … a reason why I would book again.

The staff was friendly and the fridge in the room was bigger and nicer than the ones at Days Inn. Nothing fancy but everything was nice. All the lights and plugs worked. The water got hot right away (a good thing) and the breakfast was great!

The ac was a little too close to the bed but it worked great. I really don't have anything to complain about.

Room was clean. The wifi worked. The shower was warm. None of my things were stolen. The breakfast was very hearty and very filling.

Very little. The first night, some kids were playing outside and a toy dart bounced off the back of my head. Thankfully, I was unhurt and they appologised.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected and in a separate room from the check-in desk area which made it more peaceful and inviting. We will definitely stay here again. We wanted to try the pool out but it was really windy on our stay so we didn't get to try it out. The attendant in the breakfast area was very nice and attentive to her duties. Keeping items stocked and tables clean for the next group of customers to sit and enjoy there breakfast.

The only things that I really had an issue with was I couldn’t pay with cash. i don’t understand why people don’t accept cash anymore. The one thing I can say about the hotel room was the shower rod is coming out of wall and looks like someone just tried to stick it back up there and the shower curtain didn’t close and stay closed. Other than that the room was ok.

clean room, good location, nice staff. Always has a fridge and microwave. Next to a gas station for snacks, Denny's next door and decent Mexican food across the street. Check in is swift and fast, great staff at front desk. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower. We will never stay at the other resort again as their staff are the rudest we have ever encountered. Greentree Inn is our new go-to motel in Prescott Valley.

The people above us had kids who were running back and forth, jumping, pounding etc. Didn't stop until about 3am and started right back up at about 9am. Not the fault of the motel. The communication between Booking.com and the front desk or reservation counter needs work. We asked, in fact always ask for a late check out or a 1pm checkout. Booking says the motel obliged but when check out comes around, maids and front desk says there is no agreement and need to be out asap. Also- you need to upgrade the pillows! They are hard and lumpy! :)

Reasonable price for the area. It had been fairly recently remodeled. It wasn't huge, but we liked that you could park right in front of the door to your hotel room. It wasn't large, but it was comfortable and clean and the free breakfast was very good with all kinds of options: cereal and pastries, Scramble eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles, juices, coffee and tea. The staff was friendly and even texted me to make sure everything was OK and to let them know if I needed anything.

It wasn't a huge issue, but there was no door that separated the hotel room from where the bathroom sink was, so you are kind of exposed when getting washed up to anyone in the motel room. The toilet and the shower were in a room with a door. A suggestion I have would be to have a curtain that you could close while you were getting washed up. But it wasn't a big deal because it was just my husband and I. I would definitely stay again at this place.

The staff was "AWESOME" very friendly. I would like to come back. Also the weather was fantastic

We did not get the Luxury Suite do to having the dogs with us, Even though you were informed I would be bringing them with me per Amanda. Other than that it was great. Also the sink in my room was gross I had to clean it my self & my freinds toilet had "POOP" on the upper inside sill "GROSS". Also no T/P in my room when I got in their. Otherwise it was great.
