I didn’t have a negative experience.

The breakfast and restaurant were great. We are foodies, but didn't visit Sedona for the food, we crammed a lot into each day and restaurants were closed in the evening, and we didn't want to spend the time eating at a restaurant in the morning. The hotel restaurant was a perfect substitute for going elsewhere to eat, healthy options, simple but good, not your average hotel breakfast. The quality of the food was much better than expected for a small restaurant in a hotel, and the convenience was the best, open early, open late. :) Patio Dining options by the pool. One of the best features of the hotel.

The pool is amazing and the fire pits too, If they were open an extra hour or two it would be awesome. However, both made it a place we wanted to stay and savor. With much to do and see in and around Sedona, it was still a struggle to leave the hotel! The pool and patio grounds are truly phenomenal, so relaxing and the wild open the hotel backs up to is stunning. We initially wanted to stay somewhere boutiquey... more southwestern, more character. I am really happy we stayed here instead, regardless of being a bit more commercial. This hotel made the whole experience even better. Can't imagine trying anywhere else if we go back! We loved Sedona and the Hotel! ;)

The property was great...great location, great amenities, breakfast was wonderful....

They charged $19 dollars to park. This was a surprise cost. I have never paid to park in the parking lot For a hotel I was staying it. They said it was a mandatory cost....mandatory by who? Just another rip off in my humble opinion. You get nothing for the $19 ....no valet parking.....only a spot on the asphalt to park for a hotel room you already spend $300 to stay at.

Courtyard Marriott was very nice, extremely clean, quiet, warm & comfy. Loved that it was luxurious but still catered to the vibe of Sedona.

Nothing I didn’t like! Bell Service would have been nice but we arrived on a Tuesday. We called for towels one night & the girl up front couldn’t deliver them (which is totally fine) but she was all alone so I do feel like maybe that’s unsafe. I feel like there should be two+ employees working for safety reasons but maybe there was a call off or something.

The view was beautiful. The restaurant staff and food was great. The pool and common areas were nice with a lot of seating.

The room was dark and outdated. For the price we paid there should have been daily room cleaning service. The staff was not helpful at all with things to do in the area and not friendly. Definately overpriced for what you get and charged us parking on top of it.

Amanda provided excellent service for our stay. She jumped through hoops to ensure our anniversary was special even when there was a discrepancy with our booking. The whole staff was very friendly and the hotel is immaculately clean. We had a room with a beautiful view of the red rocks thanks to Amanda.

The pool hours are very limited. Be careful which type of room you book since a view of the mountains according to booking.com is not the same as a view of the red rocks.

All food at location was Ala cart pay for each (a bit high prices for drinks and type of food) . Limited food menus. Food was good and thankful the staff was there all day , since a snow storm had closed roads and kept us in hotel.

A choice of tea (hot) and more light snack items.

Not told that rooms were only “refreshed” every 2 days & they didn’t do that + cleaned every 7 days Never stayed in any hotel b4 with that policy so would not stay for more than one night again !

The hotel grounds were just beautiful in sedona. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The entire hotel was just pretty to look at. Location was just a few minutes from downtown sedona.

The price! I understand you get what you pay for but this place was very expensive.
