Close to state park since we planned on hiking; room had kitchenette and good-sized fridge for the food we brought; had multiple pools for use around each building compound so pools were never full of people; local eateries are good and not too far away; check out was easy and could be done via text

Room was slightly dirty when we checked in; was not expecting to pay an additional $200 for a securty deposit on an already expensive stay; pretty sure I booked a room with two beds but only got one bed and sofabed; wi-fi was spotty; cable did not work (I like it for background noise); could hear neighbors to the side of us and above us pretty clearly so the insulation between rooms isn't great

The property was just bought by Hilton vacations, so the check in involved a sales pitch that had us PAYING $40.00 for a 2 hour sales pitch during our 4 day stay. In return we would get a $250.00 3 night stay at one of their properties which would also include a 2 hour “tour” of the property. This was our 25th wedding anniversary and we did not want to spend a whole morning listening to a pitch. We ate the $40.00 and enjoyed our morning. Needless to say, this was not expected or appreciated.

they have great hot tubs few in different locations in the resort. beautiful location. clean rooms equipped kitchen. on the last day there was a lot of rain and we had a leak into our room from the ceiling, They were very helpful with resolving the issue. letting us move to another room and compensating us as well.

We booked on booking and chose connecting rooms, when we arrived we were told that you can't have two connecting studio apartments and that we are in two different buildings, which are two buildings apart. We asked to be moved to the same building same entrance. They moved us to the same building but in separate entrances, We had to go every time out of the building to the street to the other side and up a floor, to get between the rooms. not the end of the world but not really convenient.

The entire facility was beautiful. Our room exceeded our expectations, with a very large soaking tub in the bathroom along with a nice shower. Separate master bedroom serves as a perfect break from the kiddos if you are traveling with the entire family. The pull out bed was comfortable as well and I know this personally because I found myself sleeping on it one of the four nights we were staying. :) I snore.... A lot... All in all this room is perfect for a family of 4 or smaller.

Typically I have a list of things I would add to the comments of things or personal I didn't like or appreciate. In this case there weren't any. All employees were overly helpful and the grounds were very well taken care of.

I asked for a quiet room and received a 'villa' on the end of the complex away from everyone and street noise. I got to watch the hot air balloons rise each morning. Beautiful views. Close to hiking. Staff was EXCELLENT!! REALLY! above and beyond. Matthew, Ashley, Manuel (?) Sherri. Thank you all for your excellent fast response care and feeding of this weary traveler.

Place is very dated, which actually wasn't a problem except the refrigerator was SO LOUD I needed to unplug it at night to sleep. There was a very LOUD vibration that came on from 10-11 at night which interrupted sleep. They sent someone RiGHT over but were not able to fix the issue. Maintenance brought me earplugs. VERY nice man. During the day the noise didn't happen so they didn't know how to fix it.

we loved our condo #434. it had everything for cooking, washing clothes, and relaxing. we had 2 king rooms, the balcony had a great view. short walk to pool. pool was spacious and plenty of seating. room was clean. had no problems with wifi. very quiet. a/c was great.

tv reception struggled in living room. one bedroom had tv but poor quality but we only watched tv late at night to fall asleep pillows were too fluffy. prefer firm.

There were beautiful sunsets and views. The kitchen was well-stocked (dinnerware, pot, pans, blender etc. and we ate in every night after long days of hiking. The laundry room was very convenient.

The stairs with heavy suitcases was a challenge for seniors. We want to let you know the drain in the shower needs to be caulked as it was coming off the floor. Also the drain in the kitchen sink does not drain properly.

The location was perfect. The staff responded promptly to our needs ie room change to a room with a view as requested upon booking. Heated swimming pools, hot tubs, free laundry, attentive staff, beautiful property.

The fact that our request to have a room with a view upon booking was not initially accommodated; however, staff quickly remedied that. The hot tub closest to our room, was out of service.

Beautiful location. A spa with a million dollar view of the canyons. Room was very homelike and comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful. Room had an outdoor balcony with chairs and table to relax and take in the gorgeous view .

Quite a few things needed repair or were closed. The TV mount in our room was broken. The pool and ice machine next to us were closed or broken. But plenty of other pools and ice machines. Just had to walk a little.

We have stayed at this location for more than 10 years, mostly every year. Rooms seemed to be somewhat updated, for the good, except that the a/c worked poorly. Overall the facility met or exceeded our expectations. Location is great because it is close but not in the middle of Sedona, yet close enough that it is just a short drive to most sights. For early August the town seemed less busy with tourists, and the day we day-tripped to the Grand Canyon was the same or more so, that is not at all crowded.

Liked the accommodations, meals at our favorite restaurants, Pink Jeep tour, proximity to the Grand Canyon, shopping.
